Why on earth would you have a woman repeat the same thing over and over again when you are on hold for 60 minutes?! Music or silence would be less aggravating!!!!

A few hours ago I was assisted by Katy B. I must commend you in having such an excellent employee.
I was very impressed how Ms.Katy went out of her way to be extremely helpful. She was also very knowledgeable, patient and professional and so very nice. Ms. Katy was a pleasure to deal with.
It is employee like Ms. Katy that makes customers remain loyal to Dyson.

I just had an awesome expeience with Dyson's customer service Constance. She is so amazing and kind, I cried. She resolved my problem quickly and all I needed was a new battery. I didn't get to survey screen but I would have definitely put all 10's😊Again, thank you so much Constance, I love my Dyson and You❤
