This is really messed up when they advertise cokes 2 for 8 and they clear have a wall full and refuse to sell them cause it's a display

I wanted to take a minute to let you know that Bre the store manager at 2800 hwy 52 in moncks corner South Carolina is awesome. She took her time helping me with a problem I had on a price I paid for something, she was so nice about it and solved my problem never losing the smile on her face. She is a wonderful lady and you should be proud to have her represent circle K.

I was at the circle K 8899La Mess Blvd La mesa California there s lady work name Stephanie it was about 10:30pm I was tired and I now she had be to but she greet everyone that walked in and man I had greats quick conversation with while at the counter she made my night I had smile my face after and 40 Mile drive I was upset about but not after talking to Stephanie she made me feel great about self what awesome lady give her a raise promote customers she top the charts and I go to alot of circle K in southern California my go to store people like Stephanie is why

Greetings. I'm a late night ride share driver and consider Circle K as an important partner. I have done business with every store in Champaign/Urbana. There are stores that are +10 and most stores are 7-8 Yet this past weekend I was at two of the worst. Saturday morning @1:30 A M @ Prospect and Bloomington stopped for your coffee. Both units were off and for cleaning I assumed. There was no clerk at the counter so I browsed around a bit. After 5 mintes I left and drove to the front door. There still was no clerk as I was getting ready to call the police she did appear. So then I drove down Prospect to this store. This store doesn't have the grind coffee. But there was no coffee available. When I asked the clerk she told me the store doesn't offer coffee at this time. Drove to Springfield and Mattis and yeah coffee and a clean store

Circle K at Afton Ridge, Concord, NC has vey good customer service and always so friendly even when they are busy. Ronald, Jen, Mel, Mickey and Fran alwyas make customers feel they value our business. Never seen any other gas mart so friendly yet professional! Thanks Circle K Afton Ridge!!

The circle k on 29th and craycroft in Tucson az sucks so bad the fountain drinks always flat it's so dirty in there stinks the mod and the floors are so nasty at night

I have type 1 diabetes and everyone at the 27th avenue and butler location knows me by my first name and that I am diabetic. On Sunday morning, I had a very unhealthy low blood sugar level. My choice: eat sugar or go to the emergency room. So I waddled up to citcle k and the employee was mopping the floor; door was locked. She knows who I am and that I'm diabetic. I tried telling her nicely that this was a medical emergency, I have diabetes, and need immediate sugar. Her response was callas and flaky. She threw her arms in the air and said she was mopping. I freaked out and started screaming through the door, reminding her of what she already knows about my diabetes. I am, after all, your number one customer at that store as I frequent it 3 times or more a day. I couldn't hear her say it, but she told me to basically screw off. I'm appalled. No more helping your employees bust shoplifters. The days of me helping your employees catch thieves IS OVER. Quite the contrary, when I see the non verbals of a potential shoplifter, I'm going to approach that person and let them know I'm going to distract the clerk, so the shoplifter can go on with thier business. Expect a loss of $10k to $15k at that store as a result of my not helping the staff catch shoplifters, and due to the fact that from here on out I'm distracting the Cirlce K employees, allowing the shoplifters to steal without impunity. It is my mission to cost your store thousands of dollars in revenue. I've never stole, but refusing a diabetic needed sugar to avoid an emergency room visit is a travesty and there are now going to be consequences levied. Sorry, but you may want to consider closing down that store, because your inventory will now be way, way off.

I'm seriously thinking of getting my gas elsewhere. I really don't want to but approximately 7 out of 10 visits to store number 336329 I have to walk in for my receipts. We own a large landscaping company so we gas up daily. Not sure why the pumps automatically spit out a receipt whether you want one or not (when working). I know, why don't you go back to having to answer yes or no as to getting a printed receipt? I rarely had to go in then. I constantly see pumps that aren't being used have receipts just hanging out of them. That's a waste... Oh and let me add, that when we gas up and don't get a receipt, I have to stand in a long line waiting for a receipt because this store is extremely busy with morning commuters. . Very aggravating!

Good morning, my name is Shawna Reed I I am writing because on August 17th I went to store 3852 and was verbally accosted and Demened by a supposed Assistant manager named Ken. He would not give me his last name nor would he give me a managers phone number all I got was a managers first name which is Carla. They said she doesn't answer calls on the weekends and would not be in until Tuesday. Leaving me no recourse for this complaint. It was around 10 AM when I tried to get gas from store number 3852. I put in a credit card And the pump said see cashier So I tried my debit card which also didn't work the pump said see cashier at this point I started walking into the store where there was a long line. I waited in line to speak to someone behind the counter named Ken I told him I tried to cards and the pumps didn�t work. At which point he told me yes the Pumps are down at which point I said well maybe you should put up A sign on the pumps. Thats when the Assistant manager decided to demean me in front of a store full of people by Yelling at me and telling me it just f%#^*+!? happened. At which point I told him you don't need to speak to me that way, and he said well you Ãre speaking to me that way, I said no I am not I ÃM just offering a suggestion to a problem. At this point I walked out of the store angry and embarrassed having been spoke to like a child in front of a bunch of people about a problem that I didn't even cause. At which point I sat in my car trying to calm down then I decided I wanted to get the managers name because I wanted the manager to know how her employees are talking to people in a customer service related job. I was told there was no manager and the manager they did have would not be in until Tuesday. Her name is supposedly Carla. I don't understand how a manager is not available when there are problems at her store until Tuesday? I was then informed that Ken himself was an assistant manager. Well of course I am not going to give my complaint to him because it is not going to go anywhere except the garbage. I live right down the street from this gas station it was my regular gas station now I will not go there because of the way I was treated and neither will anyone in my family if this is how your employees act towards customers you Are going to lose a lot of customers. It is not right or fair for him to speak to anyone like that especially as a manager he should not be in a management position he should not be in any customer Service position. I hope this reaches the right people and something is done to rectify this matter please. Please feel free to contact me about this matter I welcome it! I forgot I also called the store to get a managers name and number and Ken answered the phone said he was an assistant manager said there was no manager until Tuesday would not give me any information or anybody to give my complaint too. Then he proceeded to hang up on me on the phone. I also spoke to a girl named Alexis well I was at the store to try to get a managers name and number and she told me I need to just calm down and that there would be no manager in until Tuesday. I told her it was not my fault your pumps went down and he has no right to speak to me like that at which point he butted Into this conversation and proceeded to say that I was a liar in front of other customers. None of this is OK in my book I just want to make sure I cover everything I hope the cameras are working the store and you can actually see this man rude behavior. I donT know who else to talk to besides this website until Tuesday. Thanks Shawna s Reed

I went in to store located at 4152 old middle burg rd jax fl 32210 . On 8/13/19 brought two sodas was over charged when I ask cashier boutvthe price she said it's the correct price and I knew it wont . The cashier was very rude never said thank you or take it easy. She stood at register and ate her food the whole time she waited on me .I called store and ask for corporate office number and was told to goggle it and than I ask for dm name and number was told all I have is his email .never once offered it to me.

I was licked out of my car in the parking lot of Circle K Exxon station on Hywatt St. Gaffney SC. The employee named Sierra willing helped me n didn't leave me till I got back into my car. I am 73 yrs old and was alone, this took place on Aug 8th, 2019 at 3:00 pm. She was so kind and thoughtful and made me feel safe since I was alone. I wanted corporate to know about this amazing young employee and maybe do something nice for her.
I'm a grateful customer.

Circle k on Earl core road was suppose to sell gas for 1.99 a gallon between 1 to 3 but stopped at 2:30 that's false advertising

I joined the "Coffee Club" at a local Circle K and I have decided I'll never buy another cup of coffee from this flimflam outfit agin! Not only did the cashier not give me a free cup as promised when I signed up for it, but since I had to give my phone number for identification, I have been inundated with spam calls ever since. As far as I'm concerned, Circle K is a clip joint run by a pack of racketeers! Good luck to you pooper!

I have been a long time customer at Circle K. I love the location because it is closer to where I live. If i have run down of gasoline, I can drive by there and fill up the tank of my car. But today I was very disappointed with the sales clerk, because she was acting mean like a snake. I was just ask her if she could turn on the knob so I can fill up the tank of my car to full tank. She was rudely asked me how much? And I said I do not know yet how much it cost because I want it full tank. I have the money to pay for it. She was suddenly accusing me that i might drive away without paying for it and I asked her "why do i do that?". I have never been cheated to anyone because i know how hard it is, if somebody cheated me.I was so disappointed with her for treating me like that.If you continue to employ that kind of attitude of your employees, I believe your company will be bankrupt one of these days.

I need to speak to a manager from circle k I went to one of your circle k store to purchase a hot dog and there was flys all over the food and I spoke to the cashier and told her and she ignore me and didn't do anything I have a video and some pictures of that location and the fly on the food

The Circle K Valero on East New Hope Drive in Cedar Park, Texas has not filled their windshield washer buckets for the last three days. I just left there at 9:45 AM. I drive a fleet vehicle and we have Valero corporate cards.

Store number 2726265 Alachua FL.

Card at pump not working so had to pay inside. Clerk refused to give 5 cents off per. Gallon, only provided receipt for initial 60charge. When finished pumping less than 60 clerk again refused to fix 5 cents off and initially refused to provide correct receipt showing gallons pumped and amount pumped. Clerk was rude and flipping off the bird. Refused to provide name so this could be reported to corporate. She instead was more interested in leaving her store unattended to take photo of my vehicle. If this situation needs to be addressed immediately and I hope all of this is on your store camera. If 2 charges hit my card I will pursue fraud in this case, none of this should have happened and this person has no business working this position.

I signed up for a card at circle k easy pay looked at my check account today noticed you have been taken out several times almost 80 in 4 months. I did not sign up for anything but the card I want this canceled and my money back now.

Just had an issue at Circle K store in Wildwood Florida @US301& SR 44 .
Tried to get a drink from soda fountain the employee decided she should mop floor while I was standing there getting my drink
She moped my feet her boyfriend was standing there and started laughing. This pissed me off very badly so I put cup on counter and walked out . This skinny little black girl was very rude . I will not be going back to any circle K store if this is what kind of employees y'all keep
Manager was not in today I will call back to let her my displeasure with her employee.
I worked for McLane a few years back and have been in a lot of your stores over the years . Never been greeted like that .

The circle K near Franklin square Gastonia nc; I just met the sweetest cashier, her name was Ashley I believe, she was covering a shift from her original store which was on Cox road, she was very kind! Unfortunately the touch screen messed up so when we clicked excellent it clicked bad instead! I just wanted to let you all know she gave me the best service I ever had!

I have worked at my job I'm Berea oh for five years and I have went to the circle k on North Roku river Dr. For most of the time, recently the hot food was changed..I use to enjoy going there for lunch that was before you all changed everything the pizza was my favorite now it's gone,there are never any items on the roller grills..there are three roller grills two of them are always empty and it's always the same old gross hot dogs,nothing else!! No tornados no eggrolls nothing,,just boring ass hot dogs..and the food in the deli case is extremely overpriced a 6inch sub at circle k costs more than a six inch from Subway next door..but I don't have time for Subway so I settle for a hot dog that I never finish becouse it is so gross..please please do something about this horrible food..

Went to the circle k located in Galveston tx off 6th st
And the csr that is working at that location around 9:30 was very rude and very disrespectful and so unprofessional . that makes this company look very bad . my family and i will never do any kind of business with circle and i will be call everyone i know . the store stays very filthy . and the young girl seem like she don't want to be there. This company needs to train on customer service ....its not there. And if i pay for something and i ask for a receipt i should be able to get it. I had to argue with the girl. I have never experienced this until tonight. I will never buy anything from circle k. And i will be sharing this with everyone i know. And seating down at a gas station... Very distasteful.......

I took my 76 year old mother into the circle K on the corner of 74 and Rocky River Rd. In Monroe NC today. We had just walked in and we're the only ones in the store, she was looking at the scratch off tickets and not blocking the register at all. A very rude employee from India was behind the counter and leaned over and was rushing her to pick a ticket to buy.She told him a bin number and he said that one is out and it wasn't and he rattled off other bin numbers for her to pick and pissed me off and made her nervous. I will never visit such a rude store again!
