The tankless water heater division has horrendous customer service. The heat exchanger failed on a Saturday and I could not get help until late Monday. After sending them the photo of the part they closed without helping me. I had to again contact them and send an email on Tuesday. They would not send the part expedited but just regular ground 2-3 days wait. I have been without hot water since Saturday. They also hung up on me. I will never recommend a Bosch product.
