I was just in Bonefish Bel Air Md. Our bar tender was amazing, but we had to listen to an awful disrespectful man yell at the bar tender. I felt so bad for her, but she handled it with grace.

Was a guest at the bonefish grill in Macon Ga. Our sever from beginning to end acted like she did not want to be bothered always responding to questions quite rudely. I wrote the manager who ne ver bothered to respond to my complaint. She received a nice tip and never even said thank you.

After calling the Bonefish on Cortez five times to order take-out, I finally reached someone & when my husband picked it up there was no sauce on the cod & one of the sides was missing. We dine out alot, but will not be going back. There are too many other great restaurants to pick from. This is so typical of a chain - staff really doesn't care.

I am disappointed in the new Tuesday Menu; I do not drink and like neither coconut pie or cheesecake. I miss the chocolate brownie. We frequent Bonefish 2 o3 3 times a month and with the new changes will not be dining with you as much. A price increase does not affect us but the changes do.

I received a 20% discount coupon in a lovely bonefish grill folder. When we went to use it last night in The Villages, Florida grill, they said we could not use it with the Tuesday specials.... we read the fine print (as well as 80 year old eyes can see it) and it said something about a fancy name for a tuesday special, but we did not think it meant we could not use the coupon for our Tuesday meal. It was embarrassing ..made us feel like we were stealing from Bonefish...but the good feeling when I received the lovely coupon in the mail....good for a 20% off any meal.... was replaced by a bad feeling that we could not use the coupon. Will never bring a coupon again ...if I can talk my partner into coming back. The food was great...nice waitress (no help to us, but nice) and could have been a great dining experience, but turned into a very upsetting experience where we were made to feel like we were "cheap" in trying to use a coupon YOU sent to us!! Please don't send a "come-on" incentive coupon anymore. If you want to send a nice coupon ....just send one and make it good for anytime, any food....no exceptions no restrictions...or don't send it. ! I think you lost two good customers from this bad experience.

We were at Bonefish for lunch on February 14, we never received our food. The waitress was not helpful and we requested to speak with a manager, one never came. We said we would try again because we love the food. We went back this evening March 16,2019, called for reservations on March 14 and had one for 6:30. Upon arrival, they did not have our reservation. They asked " are you sure that's your last name" so we left and will not be bothering that location again. It was Macon Ga

Nearly impossible to get through to a customer service representative
I have tried five numbers that have been listed on their website and all you do is get a run around does anyone have the phone number to speak to someone about a complaint at one of the bonefish Grill restaurants

Called customer service, Ordered two e-cards on the computer, Special deal was to get $20 in gift cards and only received $10.00. They give you a run around, I expect someone to call me back, or email Trish

My husband and I dined at the Bonefish in Ocala, Fl. last night along with two friends. I had purchased a $100 gift card in December. The restrictions on the two $10 bonus cash cards are unbelievable. The first time, we try to use them, we were told you can only use one at a time. The second time we try to use them, we were told we could not use them because I had ordered Bang Bang Shrimp which was on special. But we still have to use them by Feb. 10! My husband gave the waitress our other gift card, then she came by the table to be paid and when we told her that she our other card, she said that she had not taken it. My husband still had the $10 card in his hand, but the other was not there. When we asked to talk to the manager he said that he would check on it. The waitress came back and said that he would not charge us for our dinner. I pointed out that would still make us $20 short. Told her to send the manager back. Instead we were given a $25 gift card handed to us without any comment. Never saw the manager again. Felt like we were stealing from you! Very poor customer service. You have lost 4 customers.

Today is January 2nd my birthday I decided to go 40 miles to the nearest Bonefish in Virginia Beach Virginia I sat at the bar and my spirits there was awful my server Stephanie made me feel like a fish out of water I have to have two alcoholic drinks to even get asked for a cup of water as to where two customers came and she know them because she made their drink and also gave him a cup of water which I had to two drinks before I even have to ask for a cup of water I had to call her several times to get her attention no follow-ups know nothing the food wasn't good at the fish was trialled was I had to call her several times to get her attention no follow-ups know nothing the food wasn't good are crusted tilapia artichokes fish was overcooked my check stated that I pay $4 special for asparagus which Stephanie should have bought that to my attention she didn't tell me was I charged for asparagus it's just a Holy Experience then they thin for my birthday they had no chocolate so she said well I'll just give you a brownie I said I don't like brownies she said well you never know until you try this and all the time I was there she didn't ask my name she just kept calling me love oh my love I was very offended by that so the overall dinner was just a waste of my time and money I spent $39.47 set restaurant 3333 Virginia Boulevard Virginia Beach Virginia timestamp 1832 server name Stephanie receipt number 33

Just left your king of Prussia pa.location trying to order on the phone was like pulling teeth I ordered gush and chips and was told I get one side with that I ordered rice when I got home I had no chips just the rice I called and was told I could drive back to get the chips then I got a phone call saying I got the rice instead of the chips that there was a misunderstanding there is no misunderstanding fish and chips is just that it comes with chips I was told I get one side not only was my order wrong the food wasn't ready when I was told it would be I waited 10 min past the time they said it would be ready to go get it and still waited 30 mon for it and the fish wasn't that good I received no satisfaction to correct the situation and definitely will not recommend to anyone to go there you need to remind your staff that the customer makes it possible for them to get paid the customer service I received here was horrible.

Good evening,
My husband and I are clean eaters eating only plant based food and wild caught seafood.
Because we have been able to get wild caught fish along with sweet potatoes and spinach, we eat at Bonefish a minimum of 2 times a week and often times 3 times a week. We were MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED to learn tonight, after making a 2 hour one way trip to eat at Bonefish, that you no longer offer spinach or sweet potato mash. I certainly hope you will reconsider this change for if not, it will definitely stop us from frequenting Bonefish as often.
You will see from the rewards program, we are very frequent diners.
We have expressed our disappointment to Dave, your managing partner here in Knoxville Tennessee, who by the way, is an amazing and very knowledgeable gentleman.

I sent this comments to let you know that I went to one of their bonefish restaurants located in Winter Garden Village. I wanted to eat something fast since I'm working, and I only had a few minutes to take to go, so I went to the bar to order. So waiter gave me the menu, I checked it and remembered that I only have a few minutes, and that my order would take its time so only I asked the waiter that I would order some bread with aoli '‹'‹to go that's it. the waiter went to the kitchen I thought I would bring the bread to go immediately, but I only brought the empty bread bag with aoli, I asked another waiter to charge me until my order arrived and she did not want to take my payment, I left my card in the counter so they could take my payment, After that first waiter who takes my order previously leave the bag, and started to take care of other people. I felt ignored, I waited a few more minutes, but unfortunately I had to go back to work, and I could not get what I wanted to buy. maybe because I only asked for a small order I did not have interest for them, but even if it's a $ 1.07 it's money, and I am a bonefish customer who is going to spend her money in your restaurants, even with my family when I'm not workking, and spend more than $1.07

Recently had a 1:00 reservation on Mother's Day at the Bonefish in the Avenues of Viera.....waited 2 HOURS to get in!!! Clearly they way overbooked the day. Also sat people before us with no reservations. Once we finally did get seated we lucked out with a great waitress and the food was good BUT never once did we see the manager to offer anything as compensation...free drink, free appetizer, free dessert.... NOTHING !!! We asked to see him twice...never showed!!! If I had to rate our visit I would give it a POOR rating. Very unhappy customers !!! Will be a long time before we return

My sister and I were at Bonefish University at on Saturday night. My sister was considerate enough to ask for a both in the bar because we can be loud, and she didn't want us to ruin anyone's dining experience. We were seated in a bar booth, which was perfect. UNTIL, after my third mojito, (an appetizer and bread went along with my cocktails). The manager, Brian Billings was the rudest person I have met in the food industry. He came to our booth, without so much as polite greeting and advised me there is a three drink maximum. After a brief and extremely rude conversation, his reply was "Well, you're not slurring your words so I'll LET you have another drink" My sister doesn't drink, my safety was not at risk and perhaps Brian needs some training on customer service skills. We have celebrated Christmas at this same location, Birthdays, Mothers Day with three generations of our family. NEVER have I been so insulted. We had another family gathering planned and we will not be choosing Bonefish. A three drink maximum I can deal with, but perhaps you should put it on the menu that this is cooperate policy. And maybe Endless Bubbles Brunch so advise it's three not endless. Your manager succeeded in losing customers who have enjoyed Bonefish for many occasions. We will not be back.

Bonefish Grill is NOTa sports bar. Therefore in the interest of equal time and equality I would strongly suggest that at least one of your TVs in the bar are tuned to an alternative channel i.e. food, weather, home and garden, anything but sports and news. I am an equal partner with my husband and regulars and I do not enjoy sports when we sit at the bar and I know that other women are equally dismayed that you do not offer us anything but sports on both televisions. The staff is gracious and turning the channel but I do not feel that I should have to ask them. At any given time there will be at least as many women and men sitting in your bar area including the actual bar and the tables and booths . I hope you will revise your current in formal policy regarding content of the TVs so that women may be equally entertained. Gloria Coker

Party of 7 people visited Bonefish Grill in Skokie, Il #7404, Sunday, March 4, 2018. No alcohol or cocktail drinks ordered before or during the meal. Two guest ordered the Sea Bass. Within 20 minutes after leaving the restaurant, both guest who ate the Sea Bass were vomiting and had diarrhea. They were sick with diarrhea throughout the night. Called the restaurant and spoke with the general manager on Monday. General Manager said he didn't know what the dinner guest ate and it couldn't have been the sea bass that made them sick. Said he'd complete and submit contact information for insurance purposes in case was medical attention needed.
Always eat at the Tinley Park, Il restaurant. Excellent service and excellent customer service! Expected the same from Skokie but VERY DISAPPOINTED with tone of general manager in Skokie.

We had dinner at Bonefish in Naples, Fla. I orders the scallops and shrimp. They was so dry. Almost tasted burned. Waitress was so busy and she couldn't have cared less. Hates we spent 72.00 and the food wasn't good and well prepared

So I get Bonefish advertisements in my email and I am happy about that. However today I received an email advertising the "Angler's Catch" offered every Friday between Feb 16 and until March 30th. Subject line of the email is "Introducing Fish Fryday". It said prices vary by location so I called the CHARLOTTESVILLE location to get the entree cost and they had NO IDEA what I was talking about and even the manager did not know. I would suggest they know their products before advertising them.
