This sucks. I'm deaf living alone. the only way to contact service is by telephone.
Registered and logged in to send an email, however the link opens to a blank page.

I have an Ariens snowblower and the cables to control the auger and movement keep breaking. I've spoken to customer service and sent messages to technical. I've ordered parts that Fedex has tied up in the chicago terminal for 11 days now Ariens is checking on it. I tried to call the corporate office and the operator doesn't have any extensions but technical and customer service (why have corporate even listed) for being such a renowed company your customer service has a lot to be desired. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AN ARIENS PRODUCT AGAIN!!!

Purchased a riding mover less than 3 years ago, what a piece of Junk, had to have it repaired 3 times, even dealer does not want to repair. Struck with this, do not buy a riding mower, they are not reliable at all.
