Belkin support sucks. Called them about a defective laptop fan, and a defective wireless mouse (bought the same day, neither worked). They were unfriendly and not english speaking. They were charging me for shipping which is ridiculous. Instead of talking to them, I just returned the products and bought a different brand instead. Another thing, the rep was arguing me saying that I broke the products with a bad attitude. Shape them up Belkin, awful support.
