I have been having issues accessing my account for over a week now. Windows Live Solution Center is having a Melt Down or something and keeps coming up with error messages. I have filled out the requested information three times to be given access to my own account and so far two have accepted my identity. However, I have received no email from them about a password reset and at least 80% of the time when I try to access the private forum it will not let me and the rest of the times it will not let me post information to the forum. So I called Microsoft and got a hold of a lady named "Stephanie" who kept telling me to ask my question at Windows Live though I kept telling her that the system isn't working currently. She acted like she didn't care or could not understand the content of the problem at hand. She finally brushed me off and then hung up. I have been a user of hotmail and Microsoft for ten years, but I find myself today transferring my information to a new gmail account. If this is the norm for Microsoft and its products and customer service people I rather spend more money or what have you with their competitors.
