Customer service sucks. Have an issue trying to look at test results due to the verification questions being asked. The funny part is that the questions make no sense for the patient. Questions as what is the hair color on your license and college and vehicle questions. He never has, never will go to college, have a car or a license.I am thinking that they have him as someone else. He is Developmentally Disabled and as legal guardians we signed him up so we can view the results. I e-mailed the company twice through their "contact us" form and got zero reply.Tried calling and pushing all
the right buttons and it was basically a chase your tail type of call. When I finally pushed something else and got a human, I was then disconnected. The second time the guy rudely put me through to what was to be support and guess what? yep, they were closed.
Quest, perhaps a live chat or an easier way to obtain IT support might help customers.
