How has this j2 efax been allowed to continue it's run of ripping of people by stealing money from non customers bank accounts. They need to be investigated and closed down and I'm amazed they have been allowed to continue. If I don't get the money they stole back then il see to it they get national tv coverage on their shadey dealing.

customer service is horrible. I may cancel based on this alone. the automated # could not understand my entries when I put in my fax #. After a while it just says "thank you. goodbye" I tried 3 times for about 30 minutes. I found a different # on line for customer service, got a live person after a few minutes, was put on hold for 12 minutes and disconnected. lets see if they put this review up.

the worst. I have been a customer for 6 years. by now there should be some competition and i will look for them
