I bought the Kuryakyn Magnum Mirrors and adapters from you last month on the net. I received the mirrors but the adapters were not included. I called and had the adapters sent separately. I am sure that cost you extra money for shipping but that is on you. I installed my Mirrors last weekend. The first chance I had to take my bike for a ride was yesterday. I rode about 30 minutes and jumped on the expressway. When I reached 70 miles an hour the left side mirror broke off, hit my gas tank leaving a huge deep chip in the paint and then proceeded to bash in my left testicle.Not fun. I was able to hang onto the mirror and took some pictures which I attached. I called this morning and talked to a gentlemen. I left out my testicle out of the story and his reply was to send the broken adapter to him and he would send me a new one. Did I hear him right? Pay $5 bucks to ship a $4.50 part? I told him the adapter broke off flush with the bottom of the mirror. See Pic. He told me I would need to get an easy out to get the broken bolt out of the mirror. I thought man you are lucky I don't live in Indiana. I just hung up thinking what did I just here? I could not ride my bike to work today without the mirror
No resolution! Sent mirror back. Westfield Indiana dealer will not help. Only wants to replace the broken adapter

Terrible customer service on a cheesy electronic piano that started malfunctioning 2 months after purchase. They make you pay for the call then place you on hold forever. Never going yamaha again.

very poor service you have provided in bikes your service center sutyana in Vanraj traders Rudrapur charges the money with their own basis and mechanic is also not work properly so please do some action.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Purchased a FZS model(limited edition) on Nov'11 but the engine is very noisy and the pickup is not up to the mark at all, i lodged this complaint several times in ORION motors, Bangalore where i purchased the bike but they are not taking any care at all rather than arguing falsely with me. I am totally disappointed with the vechicle and also shwed the bike in another serving centre PANACHE motors Bangalore and even they are unable to do it and also getting a mileage below 30. I am not concerned about mileage but i want my bike to be smooth and powerful which i am not getting even after a try for minimun 7 to 8 times. Really disappointed about the bike performance and the service quality the servicing center guys providing. Plz take some immediate action's regards to this issue.

Tried to find www.yamahacustomerfeedback.com - to fill out survey online- but could not locate.
Have a 2007 Stratoliner. Front Head gasket leak at 18,000 miles. Also moisture in the speedometer gage packet. Gage needles sticking until bike warmed up. Took it in to Laurel Yamaha Motorcycles, MS. for warranty repair. When I got it back it was now leaking at top of pushrod cylinder and speedometer gage packet wasn't replaced. Took it back again. They said they would eat the cost this time since MaMa Yamaha did not like paying twice for something that should have been corrected the first time. Got it back and again still leaking at top of pushrod cylinder. Mechanic stated he replaced
all the gaskets but that one. Thought it was still a cylinder head leak. Now wanting to charge for the gaskets to fix. This is warranty work????? Mechanic called yesterday and said it is ready for pick up, but stated he is not sure the problem is completely corrected, but has done all he can do. Still wanting to charge for the new gaskets and now possibly labor. This is the third Yamaha bike I have purchased over the years. Tour Deluxe, Venture, and now the Stratoliner. I have had warrenty issues with all three. Wiring shorts with the Deluxe, 5th dog gear breaking on the Venture, and now this problem with the Stratoliner. When I pay as much or more for one of these bikes as I would for a small car/truck I expect more. Will I purchase another Yamaha. Don't know??? I'll wait until the warranty runs out next year on this one, then decide.

You should definately mention up front that this particular service (Ask Tech Support Now) is not free, even if the question is informational in nature and not a repair question. I was very unhappy to have filled out all of the information only to reach the end portion and find out that my answer would cost $xx.
This baiting the customer is bad for morale.

Recently we purchased a Yamaha FZ, for our company staff,but the inaddition we ordered that front wyzer.But for the last two months we didnt got the wyzer from your dealer(pearls yamaha,RC Puram, medak,hyderabad).The responds from your dealer is they are not getting the spares from the company.Our all staff are using yamaha vehicles only.(16 No.) All of them have the same compliants.
Your kind immediate actions may be appreciated.

I have purchased Yamaha Gladiator SS from Yamaha Riders , Camp, Pune and since beginning the meter was showing wrong reading. I complained them regarding this, they said there will be some loose contact. Last month they agreed that the fault is with meter. They said they don't have spare part and it will take minimum 20 days to reach them. Last week they asked me to come on Monday (29.08.2011). On Monday they asked me to come on Tuesday and i went there on Tuesday they opened the meter portion and till time they have not completed the work. Now they are saying they don't have manpower to assemble the same and will take two more days to complete he work.

Dear sarvice centre team. Recently i have purchased a szr from alka yamha- koparkhairane branch. I have completed two services but every i am facing their nonsable sarvice. From last two month i can't got the kilometer outer & second thing, last week i was accident with my bike. Unfortunately my bike front handle was cross & i have repaired that fr alka yamha service centre as per their charges. But till this problem is not resolved, when i was drive my bike handle has been gone totally left side. After complaining twice time to them but nobody was try to resolved. Dear Yamaha supporters,

I had been purchased a new Yamaha SZX 153 cc on dt 15/04/011 from Jaipur,
Roshan yamaha Dealer at rajapark , Jaipur. after 15 to 20 days before service
Bike problem has been started (Self Starting problem) i alredy 2 times leave my
bike to the service center, they charged the battery but the problem is same.
Now he says boss go to Mansarover, more than 10 to 15 km far and their Battery
vendor will sort out your problem.Why should i go their ? for says Yamaha
company not support me so kindly sort out my problem.

It means yamaha Company not able to support his customers problems they only
want to sale vehicle with no service.
