Bought a new Dishwasher a few weeks ago. Customer support SUCKS. It does not work. Been cut-off a few times and never any help. Trying to get a simple water inlet valve replaced is a ridiculously hard task

My whirlpool side by side refrigerator requires a new water filter order part . I have ordered this part twice on line and twice have been sent the wrong filter. I've been told that this particular water filter is no longer available.
Can you please resolve this problem for me?
Just reading these comments upset me and shows me the quality dishwashers we bought!!! Had 2 whirlpool dishwashers in 3 yrs, both broke during the holidays!!!! The part itself on the second one was $135.00, plastic peace!!!! Dishwasher WDF768sADBo!!!! Whirlpool dishwashers are not a good product, and I'm posting this everywhere I can!!!!! So again I had to buy another new one, but not whirlpool!!!! I'm getting ready to buy new fridge and washer and dryer!!!! I won't even look at a whirlpool !!!!! Taking these dishwashers in and out to try to fix , the parts are expensive when u can just buy a new one!!! I had my last whirlpool 2 yrs!!!! So frustrating!!!! I will mk sure everyone I know don't touch this product!!!!!
Bought a Whirlpool Washing Machine and it completely quit in 5 weeks. (Model CAE2743BQO) I have contacted Whirlpool and seller (Abt) numerous times. They have referred me to several different departments and none of them have been able to send out a service technician to fix the unit under the 90 day parts and labor warranty. They have even suggested that I will have to PAY for the repairs but they still can not find an Authorized repair team to come do the repairs. Terrible customer service

Where is it called ALL your numbers never got a person and one even wanted me to answer lots of questions was wanting to BUY a new ice box was looking at one of your models and had ONLY ONE QUESTION before going to the store and buying never was able to get a REAL PERSON !!! Only computers

I purchased a water-heater 30 gallon Honeywell...two days ago and the pilot light will not stay on ...after researching this particular unit online i decided not to mess with it and askd to get my money back! they refuse (Lowes) to exchange or give me my money!they said whirlpool must give me an R/A number ...but now whirlpool wants to replace parts and have me refer to an article they emailed me so I can fix the problem...I am without hot water and very frustrated and unsatisfied with this product!! Never again will I but whirlpool or purchase from lowes!!!
Hello, My name is Sharon, I purchase a Washer Machine last year after 4 months of having the washer, I had to call a service guy out to fix the Washer Machine, and every couples months different service guys came out to check this Washer. The last time the Washer Machine was service on June 2016, now with the extended has ran out. I had nothing but problems with this Washer and now it's not working again. This wasn't a year old with having problem now it not yet 2 years old and it completely stop working I through you stand by your products. I need help I can't afford another one and I can purchase part and pay for service.
On August 28 my Cabrio Washer that is only 13 months old broke. Would not spin the water out. Had to call repairman, he couldn't get the diagnostics to work correctly. Now it is going to cost $400 to fix a 1 year old washer. That is almost half of what a paid for the thing. Had to go to a laundry mat to wash clothes and was jealous how well it got the clothes clean. Because the Cabrio doesn't not work like it should. Whirlpool should deliver the quality products we use to trust. Not any more.
The Cabrio washer is the worse investment I have ever made. My first Whirlpool washer was 38 when it died. That was the reason I purchased another Whirlpool product. I can't tell you how many times I have had to re-wash a garment, sheets or towels.more than once or to spin the laundry because the water had not spun out. I would have been better served by buying an inexpensive agitating washer. If I could afford to buy a different washer now, I would. This washer should be taken off the market.
Maytag Bravo --I can no longer recommend anyone to purchase Maytag products. I purchased a Maytag Bravo for $750 on June 6th, 2013. I will be replacing it in the next 2 month because the bearings are going out and it will cost as much to replace a bearing as a new machine. If this is an example of Maytag Quality, I don't need and can't afford it. I will be telling my story to all that will hear on social media and face to face. I am extremely disappointed. It appears that Maytag has become another throw away appliance company.
Hey folks, Just wanted to let you know that my Cabrio washer is a piece of crap. The lid broke last week and the repair man tells me it can't be repaired, instead will have to be replaced. Since the cost of a replacement lid is $400, I will not be replacing the lid, instead, I'll be replacing the entire washer. I am seriously not happy about this. He told me he'd been seeing a lot of this problem with whirlpool washers lately. Is there anything you can do to fix this problem?
I have a washer & dryer (Cabrio) purchased on 7/27/12. Very early on approx a year and a half later the washer started to rust & the dryer door handle which covers the length of the door rusted and pitted. I called PC Richards with whom I have a 5yr ext. contract & they were able to repair the rust on the washer but we're unable to do anything with the dryer handle. They told me to contact Whirlpool as this should not happen. I didn't address this problem earlier because I h ad a stroke & shortly after a major open heart surgery from which I am still recovering.
The appliances are indoors and are used infrequently due to the fact that only my husband & I live here. I am very frustrated with this whole situation and the quality these appliances. I feel the pitted handle should be replaced free of charge due to the short time decay started.
I have ordered the part but feel I should be reimbursed for the cost of the part and shipping. I hope to hear from you reguarding this matter.
I am not sure where to go with this but in May I purchased a new warranty for my whirlpool Fridge. I received a letter from the company offering a 1 year program as mine had expired. I authorized the charge and the only thing I have received is a conformation email stating that the contract will follow. Thus far after 3 phone calls, nothing and I do not know what to do. They claim it has been sent 2 times and it has not arrived. They have the correct address because we received the offer by mail

I contacted Whirlpool this afternoon and spoke with a customer service Rep. Michalea at the Michigan Office. I wanted to order the replacement pouches for the producer preserver in the French door portion of our year old refrigerator part #P1KC6R only to be told that replacement pouch was out of order and after a 20 minute wait was told that I would need to purchase the entire housing. I explained that was nuts! How could the manufacturer not have replacement pouches and why would I have to pay $24 for added crap? The Rep had an attitude and could provide no help what so ever. Believe me we will not recommend Whirlpool and will NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL again! Also please STOP sending us MORE Whirlpool warranty crap. We have your crummy warranty and resent receiving notices for MORE WARRANTIES on a weekly basis. STOP ALL THE JUNK MAIL put your money into training Reps and ordering inventory for your products!
Horrible, just like their products. My 2yr old refrigerator had to be replaced yesterday. The repair man said there was a blockage in the lines do to "shoddy" construction. He could repair it for $300 but since it was so poorly made it would probably happen again. I guess this is what WhirlpooL calls "planned obsolescence". Sent an email to customer service with no response, guess that department is just as bad as their production department.
