Your opinions about Trump are taking a typical liberal bent on your papers "balanced" reporting. Apparently you are like a lot of the media reporting on the election process which you seemingly are trying to persuade or influence your opinion. Lindsay Jones should be fired for asking Peyton about the TN incident during his press conference. Very inappropriate timing. She was just using that to get her name out there. Something needs to be done about her.

David Mousetro, Deputy editorial editor, should be fired. Blaming President Obama for the Paris attacks is simply irresponsible and incomprehensible. President Obama is a proven strong leader. And, it is disturbing to see Monday morning quarter backs blame everything on him. I stand with President Obama and with the decisions he has made. It's time for USA today to fire David and engage in responsible journalism.

Suggest you update the caption for Grand Canyon in the article about fifty places in fifty states. Last time that I checked, the Grand Canyon is in Arizona NOT Nevada.

I had purchased a gift subscription for my son for Christmas. He received it daily in California, but has now moved to the Atlanta area. (Alpharetta) He has had no paper for three weeks. Customer service ( I use the term loosely) has been called three days in a row - still no paper. They are very polite, tell me what I want to hear, and tell me the district manager will call me to discuss the issue. That never happened and still no paper.

Takira in customer service ( ext 57240 ) was rude and unwilling to even suggest any option for what would seem a simple question. She also stated there was no one for me to speak to when I asked to speak to her supervisor. My question was whether there had been problems accessing the USA Today app. She seemed to not grasp the idea that someone from USA Today customer service might be expected to give a customer a contact, phone number or some kind of suggestion of where to seek answers if she did not know. She is supposedly a customer service supervisor in Miami, and implied she had no help for anyone who didn't have a paid subscription.

The delivery service of USA today is terrible. I can't count on when I'm going to get my paper. I'ts actually being delivered by someone from the Arizona Republic....who apparently doesn't care.

I'm living in Anthem, a suburb od Phoenix, AZ.

I want to read news in an orderly manner and not skip all around each page. I want to read rational letters of opinion -not blurbs or sound bites. You seemed to be journalists-now you are ordinary.

Been a reader of the USA TODAY for years. Sad to say because of the recent changes i will no longer be buying the paper. The changes made are terrible.Print to small and the format is just bad. Please return to original form. Thank you. Ken Crabtree

RE - USA Today's New Look

My husband and I would like to pass on that we do not like the change in font of the newspaper now. It is much harder to read.
Also, we wish the size of the crossword puzzle, word search, and sudoku puzzles would have been retained. The problem is that the sudoku is so tiny that it is very hard to do and definitely impossible to put in any 'trial numbers.'

Never will use this company again. The rep just scream at me!! She is from Nashville....Some Amy lady that is a no one!.She definitely needs to get into another profession? Maybe wrestling or something? Not customer service? I can not believe that USA Today allows people like her to work and represent them? They probably need to check her out? I am sure their stocks are down. Now I know why?? I am a owner of a hotel and will never use USA Today paper in my hotel again!!!! and will make sure everyone I know ...knows how they run their business!!
