A scam
Site had issues with printingthe letters were on my computer but when you printed Off the forms were
blank free federal and 39$ state turned into $90+ with no way out. I want my money back I want my time back

I was having a horrible time redoing my taxes as I could not efile due to a 0 that would not go away. Possible due to something pulled in from a 1099 form. A service tech named Daniel helped to trouble shoot the problem. It turned out that the Primer soft ware for the State of Idaho had some bug and the Overide option was not easily found for the MAC version of the Primer software. After the Overide was found I was able to delete the "0". Hats off to Daniel a very people oriented, intelligent IT individual who gave A+++++ service. Thanks CK

To whom it may concern.
I will not buy another one of these TurboTax program the for the amount it costs me to do this myself I can take it and get it done. I use this in the past and liked it but now you're charging for everything when you buy the program I expected a free e-mail.

I checked for my return on Where's My Refund and the amount return is $449.00 more than what Turbo tax said I would get back. I didn't know they charged just as much as Jackson Hewitt and HR Block. It shows that I self prepared but paid $470.64 to process everything. I am so not happy. I thought they were suppose to be cheaper, they asked about fees charged from my last return, so why are they robbing us of free money too. I will never use or refer anyone to use this site. May as well do it yourself and be responsible for your own mistakes for FREE.

Suzyq From Ks Been On Hold An Hour. No Answer!turbo Tax Charged Me 66 Dollars To Do My Taxes On What Was Supposed To Be A Free Federal Return. They Also Put The Wrong Earned Income On My Stae Which Caused Me To Lose A Tax Break On My Property Taxes. Unbelievable! Now I Cant Get Ahold Of Anyone To Straighten It Out And Have To File An Amended Return For Something That Wasn't My Fault. Never Again!

I never received my tax income from 2012. I looked online for a copy of it via Turbo tax and noticed a checking account number on it where the money was sent which isn't mine. I paid all fees upfont so the refund should have been mailed to me. Did this happen to anyone else? Any suggestions on how to tackle this issue when it's impossible to speak to anyone from Turbo tax?

Be very careful therenisna glitch in the 2013 turbo tax home and business program it will automatically add on a fee for audit protection and if you don't uncheck the box it will remove it from your refund issued from the IRS. Is this a joke what the heck could turbo tax offer you when you are the one liable for all entered information on your own taxes. Buyer beware. This is about the 7th year that I have used this product bit it may be the last if they don't refund my money for that program erra.

On an amended return you must paper file and depending on whither it is within the tax filing year like amended a 2012 before April 15, 2012. Then you would send it to IRS Atlanta,Georgia if that is your filing area but if it was after the 15 the it still has to be paper filed and mailed as a 1040X to where IRS instructed you to mail. Hope this helps.

told there would be no problem with an amendment(that wasnt even financial) and that i wouldnt be charged a second time for filing.... try getting hold of a real person to figure it all out, sat on the computer for over 11/2 hrs waiting finally gave up. how do i get a refund from you people for the second (amended)filing that you claimed you would help with and not charge for. I will never use this service again.

I may have just discovered a BIG SOFTWARE ISSUE with TT 2014 deluxe. I finished my taxes early and had to wait for the IRS to accept them - which they did on 1-31-14. I went back in today to check my status and the software informed me that I had an error to correct (submit date needed to be changed to 1-31). I did this and reran and looked fine. I then began scrolling through some of the forms and noticed that (unbeknownst to me) I gave $3 to a Presidential election Fund! What?? I would never do this - the form I saw also did not specify what political party you wanted to get your (involuntary) contribution either...this needs to be fixed right away...

I am having major problems, with the amend form says it's available according to my email but is not. I added two W2 forms after my tax return was accepted. I do not want to pay the $29.99 from turbotax that states help will be available immediately. I need this waived.
I have been on the phone for over an hour, and need this fixed immediately.
I need to speak with a supervisor who can waive this fee and fix this problem.

I don't know why it is so freaking hard to find a phone number for turbotax!! I called one of the "800" numbers and was disconnected after the message ran. Called another number listed on this page and it said it's no longer in service. Finally I called 1-800-446-8848 and got a live person on the phone. But of course this person couldn't help me and transferred me somewhere else where it said wait time is 20 minutes!! All I was trying to do was change the product from home and business to home only!! Jeez!!!

Dear Turbo Tax.
Last year (for tax year 2012) I used Turbo Tax for my State (Colorado) and Federal filings. After my filings, I received additional refunds back from both the state and federal stating that my filings were done in error, but neither stated the error(s). Does the state or federal inform Turbo Tax as to these errors so that I do not do it again in this year's filings?
