I am not happy with the service and professionalism that was shown at your Staten Island store on Richmond Ave ! First of the flirting between two of the workers there one was a assistant Manager all I saw Chris on his badge And other was woman by the name of Dina it was plain as day these two are a couple I had a disagreement with Dina and Chris did nothing to correct the matter ! So I will never go back to that store due to the lady Dina

I was in your Deptford NJ store today 6.24.16.
I was greeted, and was helped by the wonderful manager Mike who went out of his way to help put a bike together for my nephew. Ann was also so helpful in opening a charge and very friendly. The best experience!!

Rudeness not only to employees but customers. Eva in n Charleston SC store needs to seriously not be nasty and talk to every one so rudely. Geri who waited on me could not have been more nice. She is the only reason I completed my purchase. I was making purchase of gift card and Eva informed myself and Geri that you can't purchase with any credit card. With a tone that was snide. When Geri told her you could,Eva got even more adamantly agressive. A simple 10 minute transaction took 20 minutes.

I would like to commend Skyler in customer service at the Idaho Falls, Idaho ToysRUs. He went
out of his way to help a flustered customer, he helped me with taking a picture of an item even sending picture of said item, found the item and rang up item. Even helped with the return of
said item I was buying for my grandchild. Made my day!

Today I made a purchase with Babies r us over the phone. They said my transaction was declined, when in faceted it had been authorized. I was on the phone back and forth with customer service representatives and supervisors. I also did 2 third party calls with my credit card company, who confirmed that the transaction was authorized. In turn babies r us a big corporation did nothing for me but say I am out of my money. I really needed this gift so I also payed for express shipping. They will not give my money or the items and basically said I am sorry but you are out of luck on our end you have to dispute the transaction with your bank and place the item over again. I am really disgusted and surprised that I was scammed by a company I purchased from throughout my children's infant and toddler years. Since this was an item much needed on a registry. I will have to find another way to purchase it. I would recommend to anyone who is having a baby in the near future. Go to target or baby depot for there registry. I am so upset right now because I have no way to repurchase this item because that was my last. Unhappy ripped off customer.

I write this comment to let you know how disappointed I am in your return/replace policy. I purchase a baby mobile on line for a shower gift in late January, 2016. The shower was in February and the baby was born on 4/1/2016.

I have recently learned that the mobile does not work. In speaking with a representative of your company, I was advised that the original packaging was required in order for a replacement to be obtained. Of course, the new parents did not retain the original packaging.

In addition, I was advised that since the mobile was not on the registery, and since 90 days had passed, the item could not be replaced.

My credit card was charged on 1/27/16 which was a Wednesday. I am not sure when I received the item but it could have been on 1/31 or 2/1. I called your company on 5/2/16 one day after I found out the item did not work.

I would think that some consideration would be given to new parents regardless of whether the gift was on the registery or not. I sincerely how that you will reconsider the denial of the replacement of the mobile.

I visited the mall of Georgia location on Easter Sunday, I was given a receipt and had planned on doing the survey. Given the busy holiday I didn't get around to it until a couple days later, I then discovered you only give customers 2 days to do the surveys! Not near enough time!

I wanted to tell you what a great job Jamin our cashier did, her cashier number is 2167098. She was awesome! very helpful, friendly and professional, I was very impressed at how quickly we were in and out on a holiday, she knew exactly what I was looking for and had it ready for me when I walked in the store. We need more employees like Jazmin!

There is no customer service! You cannot speak to a person, the phone number hangs up on you, even the web site offers no way to contact and complain! I need contacted!!!!! Rude employees at the Metairie location, will never be bacl there!

You guys seriously need to fix your phone line. When I call customer service, every single time, it won't even allow me to press the options you are giving me. So I thought it was just my phone that the dial tones weren't working, but every phone I borrowed and called your customer hotline it's all the same thing. Your customer service line doesn't work. Whether I press 1 2 or 3 3 NOTHING!Fix it

OMG, i pressed zero 3 times and i was not connected to a representative, i was hung up on. I ordered 3 items at the same time on 11-26 and only received 2 of them, didnt receive my son's Range Rover,FedEx says Toy's R Us never sent them the package in order for them to send it to me anf its been over a month and i either want the Range Rover or my money back!

I bought the Nintendo DS game system for my son's Christmas gift. It cost me over 200.00 and the game broke three days later. But, due to your 15 day return policy I can't return it with the receipt. It has to be returned to the manufacturer.

You buys gifts before Christmas. Now my son has nothing until I get a shipping label, mail it and wait on a new one. And cannot reach anyone by phone at the store either just to let them know how very bad this is. The store number just rings and rings. If I contact the 800 number I may have to wait up to 30 minutes to speak to someone.

All I have to say about Toys R Us is you are the biggest Scrooge ever!!

My son got the jet fury plan in Oct. It broke within a few days. It has taken me months and still can not get ahold of the toy manufacturer. I bought the warranty and then later find out does not cover the broken parts. Ive tried contacting Toy r us and keep getting the run around. This was a 50.00 toy. It should not break by flying it the way its meant.

Waited for over 30 minutes on the phone with the local store before trying the 800 number and waiting another 30 minutes but never reached a representative to ask about a simple product availability question. Why would I want to shop with Toys R Us? Your store on North Central Expressway in Dallas consistantly provides the worst service of any retailer I visit. What a poor experience you create for children. It should be embarrassing but it seems to have become the norm for a retailer that used to provide better service.

I bought online Easel for 2,. It was shipped to Luke and Ryan Schmidt, 4205 Old Grove Drive, Mansfield, TX 76063. The tracking website indicates that it was delivered and left on the front porch December 2. They did not receive this item.

Horrible service!!!!ordered on the 15th and still haven't received update nor confirmation. No one in customer service will pick up phone and recording is soooo user un-friendly. Toys R Us - stop taking customers money if you know you can't reach deadlines!!!!!!Don't order from this bogus company!!!!!!!

I received 100.00 in gift cards you did not have the 2 items I need I asked for a refund of the gift cards they said we can't so I said 8ll buy a visa card couldn't do that those gift cards were paid with cash you have no right keeping the money I had to spend a 100 on stuff they didn't ask for and they already had needless to say I will never go to your store again and next year I will ask the people to not purchase at your store I do not know any other stores with thus policy. And guess what the 2 items they wanted they don't get cause you don't carry them.I know I am just another upset customer but to many of us you loose a lot of bussnesss

I am writing you on behalf of a friend who does not use a computer. For the third Christmas in a row, this man was told he did not hand the cashier enough money. This year he says they got him for about $40. The associate put the money he first gave her in the register before telling him he was short. My friend says he was buying his grandchildren Christmas gifts and the extra cash was dear to him. He stated it just can't be right. He wants to know who to contact about this. This happened at the Elyria, Ohio store just recently.

OMG! Just waited an hour to speak to someone to hear that I need to ship back a broken bowl..... So all the broken pieces will be shipped back because if I don't I will be charged for the replacement that will be coming.. Oh by the way did I say that this is a replacement of a replacement? The original order (all glass bowls) came in a box with NO bubble wrap. I'm surprised all of them weren't broken. The replacement glass bowl came in a bubble envelope also broken. Service rep did not give me a replacement order number told me I would get an email will all the needed info. NEVER AGAIN will I shop at Toys R Us.

I ordered something for my daughter last week that is the only thing she has been telling everyone she wanted, and this was supposed to be here by the 18-23, but I get an email this morning telling me it is cancelled because they don't have the item. Just wanted to let everyone know they have now ruined the Christmas for a little 3-year old girl because there is no way I can get it from anywhere else now and still get his her without paying $30-40 for extra shipping. I will never again by anything from this company and I will post it on my Facebook and anywhere else I can for the world to see.

it is now going on 1 whole hour out of my life and I am Still on hold!!!! ANGRY is not even close to what i feel. So after all this time all I can get is a dist mgr will call me in 3-5 business days regarding my previous post. All after the fact.

I am trying to keep my composure but I put an item on layaway on the 6th with the intention of picking it up on the 18th. I put more than the 10% required. I just got a call from the store saying they were calling about my past due payment on my layaway. I said well, I am picking it up no later than Friday but possibly Thursday. She says well, we're cancelling all the layaway orders tomorrow? Really??? So, if I don't pay for it by tomorrow, they are going to put the item back. WHY WOULDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT WHEN I PUT THE ITEM ON LAYAWAY??? I've been on hold for 17 minutes at this point. I am trying to call corporate because I don't have time to try to get this item some other way. THEY NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME EVER AGAIN!!!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. At this point I can honestly say I will never shop with Toys r us again. I placed an order online for my sons Santa gift on 12/1/15. I received my e-mail confirmation and then my e-mail shipping confirmation. I check tracking last week and Fed Ex did not have it in transit. So I checked again this morning and same thing. Called FedEx they stated your company printed the shipping label but had not given them the package to ship. So I tried calling your company and was unable to speak to a person. I was only able to have the automated service tell me my packaged shipped out on 12/2/15. So I finally found the chat option on your web site and wow that did not help. Not only was I told sorry we never sent it and it is out of stock, I was told no store credit and have to wait at least 5- 7 business days once it is approved to get my refund. All I was offered for this horrible experience was a $10 code which did not even show in the e-mail sent to me with it so unusable. I am sure no one truly cares about my experience. My son will not be able to get anything from Santa that he asked for since it is all sold out and no time to get it now in the mail.
