Worst customer service ever. Of any company. I've been waiting for my Christmas cards to arrive, expecting emails to notify me when they've shipped, etc. I hear nothing. Finally go to Snapfish website and ONLY AFTER I DIG do I find out that you are having huge delays. Orders placed by Dec. 9 will be shipped soon. Orders placed Dec. 13 or later will be late
My order was placed Dec. 10. You tell me NOTHING!. I still have no idea if I will ever get my cards; your online CHAT tells me I'm 357 in the queue. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Well, after reading the prior comments, I'm pretty sure I won't get my Xmas card order that I placed on Dec. 8th, until AFTER Xmas now. So disappointed in this company. The customer service is atrocious. If you're lucky enough to stay in the Que and not get cut off after waiting from #493 to #10, the agents are absolutely no help at all and won't tell you anything other than "they are working on it". When you try to press them for anything more specific, they'll cut you off. Lovely. I will never order ANYTHING from them again.

Horrific customer service top to bottom. Waiting for an order for a 79 page photo book ordered 11/29. I have called 3 times and was assured just this Saturday by Mohan after sitting in your queue as number 743 for an hour and a half, My order was being processed. No delivery yet, I call again yesterday to discover you INTERNALLY cancelled my order with no authority from me to do so. First you tried to pawn me off on "Ranal", a rep, who declared I could not speak with anyone with authority. I proceeded to rant until a supposed supervisor Ruby got on the phone ( an hour and a half later) to make further random excuses for Snapfish, stating my photos were copyright issues! So ridiculous, since I OWN my photos on my camera that I took ,as they are vacation photos from Europe! This was to be expedited to the " technical team" today and I was to get a response in 24 hours. I am still waiting. You clearly had a promo that you don't want to adhere to, and have missed ALL expedited shipping promises. As promised, I will proceed with a suit for false advertising, as well as claim for the aggravation you have caused. I expect a response as promised. I have full paper trail, including photos of the full promise of delivery made in writing just this Saturday. It is not your choice to print what you deem necessary. You have officially ruined Christmas, since this book was my husbands main gift. Read your tweets, Facebook and Google reviews. I predict you won't be around next year, bad news Travels fast. My invoice is. I expect an email response [email protected]. Today as promised by your team, ensuring expedited delivery. This project took me 3 weeks to create. It is visible in your system , as confirmed by Ruby. Just PRINT it.

I was number 442 in the que for an online chat regarding my order. Finally, I was number 2 in the que and it disconnected!! I tried the corporate phone number and it is no longer in service. I have been a Snapfish customer for many years. I am done!!

After ordering my Christmas cards on the 7th, I still have not received them. In fact when I log in online it says the order is still in process, not even in the beginnings of being shipped. After waiting for their online chat for 40 minutes, I was told that they couldn't even estimate when they would be shipped or even done printing. They couldn't even guarantee they would be shipped before Christmas. When did Snapfish become so terrible?? If I do not receive them before the 21st, then I am not receiving the product under the conditions in which I purchased it and therefore am not paying for the product and expect a full refund. Unfortunately, Snapfish is not going to receive my business any longer.

I ordered cards december7 and after a live chat that was worthless and several unanswered emails I finally received an email saying they shipped ups.
So far ups has no record of this. I am worried because HuffPost had an article on them getting many complaints. I have used them for years and I hope they get it together soon. When I logged in it states that they are trying to get their orders from last week to us by Christmas. Really! Shouldn't Christmas cards arrive well before Christmas? So maybe mine will get to my family and friends by New Years. Ugh!!

After being 600 in the que to chat live with a rep I was connected to Krushna Palle. It was obvious she barely speaks English from her broken grammar. Because of their posted delay in processing christmas card orders I need to change my shipping address. All she was able to tell me is that can't happen or be changed and that my order is processing. Thanks for NOTHING and wasting my time. I am DONE with snapfish. And no none has replied to my email inquiry from several days ago. And they now do not have a phone # you can call. Never again.

I've used Snapfish for a decade, this year 2015 they have been having problems and have made it very difficult to get customer service. After waiting an hour to get a live person by chat (all the phone numbers are down) the person was not able to look up my shipping info. I hope they fix things and have better customer service for 2016

I will never use Snapfish again. No communication, no response to numerous customer service emails, and I've been waiting for an update reegarding my Christmas cards for DAYS.
I have never had these issues with Shutterfly or Tiny prints. I have friends who ordered from Shutterfly and Tiny prints an entire week after I ordered mine from Snapfish (with 2 day shipping!) and they received theirs already.
So so so disappointed. Awful service. And no phone number? Who does that?

So disappointed. Have used Snapfish so many times in the past, will never ever use them again. No cards, no updates on order, no way to get in touch with ANYONE in the company, just wasted A LOT of $ on something I'll never see. I send 1 picture of my family out each year, and that has been taken away. So UPSET!!!

I'm so disappointed. I've used Snapfish for the past 5-6 years for my Christmas cards and have had no issues until this year. I ordered 7 business days ago and the order status is still showing as "processing". They should have shipped within 1-5 business days!!
There's no way to get a hold of anybody there other than email or Chat which is not even worth it. Waited for about an hour yesterday morning for the Chat only to be connected to somebody who just said "oh yeah your order is taking longer than usual". Oh really?!, I figured that out myself, that's why I'm contacting you!!
I asked them when it will ship and they just wrote that they are being expedited. What does that even mean? Now almost 2 days later, the cards still haven't shipped and I'm about to panic because they will definitely not arrive in time for Christmas for friends & family I have in Europe.

Awful, basically no customer service. Phone lines are no longer Germany in service, live chat lines say error, no one to talk to about them sending me someone else's photo book and finding out what happened to mine. No one to ask why my Christmas cards came so poorly made that you can't read themore and the second set I had ordered at the same time came a week later and the pictures where so dark you can't see our faces. What's happening, I don't know what to do.

Worst Customer Service Ever! How can a company to this to people at Christmas time?! I just received my Christmas Cards and they are hideous! Absolutely not what I ordered!!! How does a company like this not have a Customer Service Phone Number to help people when stuff like this happens?! It's absolutely unacceptable and should be illegal. Families rely on their Christmas Cards to send to Friends and other Family members. They are treasured memories! This is just awful and shame on this company and their executives!

Worst Company Service/No Customer Service Support what so over...waited all morning on the que just to be disconnected while typing my response and then again disconnect after waiting in que again to say that no one was available to help!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER...WAITING FOR CHRISTMAS CARD ORDER THAT PROBABLY WONT GET HERE UNTIL CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

I cannot get a hold of customer service! So since it is nearly impossible to get a hold of you, no phone number and your live chat is nonexistent.... It crashes and you go back to 500+ deep.

My time is as important as yours!



All I want to do is cancel my order . No reason to get Christmas cards when you are not going to get them to me in time to mail them.



Never again will I order from you!

The phone number listed is no longer workable. I have not been able to find a way to reach Snapfish about a pending order. I have tried their Live Chat four times. Each time I started out at over 500 in the queue. I checked my status regularly. I was disconnected twice. Four two attempts, I finally got below 5 in the queue and then received a message that there was no one available to chat with me, after which I was cancelled. The WORST!!

They are terrible!!!! They short shipped me, then promised a refund which they shorted, and I cannot do anything but chat with them!! They don't understand anything see this for an exampe:

I have used snapfish since 2005 and I have always been able to reach CS by phone. Now it does not seem possible. Your new site is very confusing and I wanted help and all the #s I could find no longer worked.
I plan to go to another site for my photos which has a way to contact a site by phone.

By far the WORST!! I needed to change my shipping address because it is incorrect. I tried waiting in the queue and I was #445. I waited till I was #25 and it deleted my request. I apparently had to contact snapfish within 25 minutes of my order to make this change and Ive wasted all that time just to be kicked off. I emailed them and now I know my order is still going to go to the wrong address. Never ordering from them again. NEVER! Taking my business elsewhere. This is an absolute joke, I cannot believe they do not have a phone to call.

The customer service phone number has been disabled. I contacted them via their online chat option to receive the phone number. Here was their response:

"We do provide phone support as an added benefit to our top purchasing customers. If you qualify you will see our phone number on our contact us' help page when logged into our site. For everyone else we offer live chat which is a very efficient method of support that is very popular with our customers.'


So apparently, i do not qualify for a phone number. Wow.

Please do not give business to the most unreliable company I ever had to deal with. Say goodbye to you order they have no way of communicating with them, I probably sent two emails and I totally know that that's bogus when it says wr get back to you in 24 hours.

I will use SHUTTERFLY from now on. I have used Snapfish for the last 4 years for my holiday cards and this year , I have been waiting to get them and the status just says processing. They have no customer service 800 number, the CHAT line is 300 people on hold deep . I got my other items from shutterfly mailed out in two days! Now Christmas is 11 days away and NO CARDS!

My order was shipped to the wrong address. Sent email and no response. Everytime I've logged in to use online chat, I get kicked out of the queue and never reach a person to chat with. These were my Christmas greetings, I will never use Snapfish again.
