Impossible to reach a live person, and the automatated line is insufficient. This company services too many people to offer such POOR service. Since Quest service is somewhat national,the computer system should be more sophisticated too. A doctor's orders should be accessible to EVERY lab, regardless of the state of origin,or state(location) of the "draw" or specimen. This office tells me that they can "see" my doctor's orders, but are not able to get a copy. Now, I have to wwait for the doctor office to open in 2 hours before I can ask them to FAX the orders. If I could have spoken to a live person, this might have been avoided. This is extremely inconvenient.

i have been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get an answer from a LIVE person to no avail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cannot get a phone number for the facility located in pembroke pines flamingo rd location

I'm shocked that after chatting with Pearl on getting my blood work results, you want my credit info?. I pay my bills to quest on time and you can't seem to help a loyal customer......you want a dollar from me. Don't get it and think you should reconsider what you ask from customers. Due to my insurance, I'm committed to quest but the way you me treat leaves a lot to be desired.

The web site will not submit my application to establish my account . This has been an issue for several months now . I have requested someone to call or email me.

Went to the lab located at Tottenville Square location on 9/21. Door is locked at entry, no receptionist, bell or any signal that you are waiting outside. After waiting 15mins a courteous patient in the waiting room let me in. No temperature taken and sitting among 8 other people, some patients others escorts, social distancing non existing and 3 people had no mask on. When techs finally came out of the back area they did not enforce any of these rules. Waiting over a week for specimen results. I will never return to this facility or any other Quest Lab. Not sanitary and poorly run beyond unprofessional. Improvement to your MyQuest website needs drastic improvement.

I had an appointment today and was given incomplete lab work. I was so stressed i cried. I returned to tell the lab work appointed nurse that I verified with my doctor the referral and he is suppose to give me not one but 2 antibody tests (different kinds)The nurse insisted he is not mistaken. This type of situation is terribly stressful and takes up my valuable time I have a condition I need to take care of!!! how can this possibly happen.LOCATION 726 58thst. Had an appt with Quest @ Rainbow and Flamingo in Las Vegas. It was easy to make appt.Was 10 minutes early for appt but there was a long line OUTSIDE the office door to even check in. It
was 112 out. I am not young and thought I was going to pass out before I even got signed in and through the door. Also the very long line had people that were standing much to close-no social distancing at all and people did not have on masks. They had to use masks before entering but were rude when I asked them to please put on while they were in line. Appt need to be either further apart and people with appt get through the door first. Once through the door everything was great! It's getting in Quest that is painful.

Had a 10 am appointment at the Setauket lab I arrived at 9:55 am only to find the door locked and lab was dark!! Waited until 10:15 am and no one showed up. Biggest problem when I called the lab to find out what happened the phone rang off the hook and then a message came on saying answering service was off!!

It is impossible to speak with anyone at Quest. I've been waiting for a call from the Laurel, MD location to tell me they have E-Pylori test kits in stock. Someone was supposed to call. I cannot get a call back not can I speak to anyone. Only a freaking automated system. Is anyone's health a priority? This is totally unreliable, frustrating and downright unprofessional.

The 736 address which has been given for months is not valid. Today I went to the 368 Riverside address and there is a sign on the door "Temporarily closed due to unforseen circumstances. We will announce a new location once we have that information...."
Is there a Quest Lab in St George, Utah?

Just went to patient portal and saw that the tech had written that I had fasted when I specifically had told him I had not.Very poor customer service.

Customer service sucks. Have an issue trying to look at test results due to the verification questions being asked. The funny part is that the questions make no sense for the patient. Questions as what is the hair color on your license and college and vehicle questions. He never has, never will go to college, have a car or a license.I am thinking that they have him as someone else. He is Developmentally Disabled and as legal guardians we signed him up so we can view the results. I e-mailed the company twice through their "contact us" form and got zero reply.Tried calling and pushing all
the right buttons and it was basically a chase your tail type of call. When I finally pushed something else and got a human, I was then disconnected. The second time the guy rudely put me through to what was to be support and guess what? yep, they were closed.
Quest, perhaps a live chat or an easier way to obtain IT support might help customers.

I was driving home tonight when one of your vehicles was driving so close to me bullying me off the road when I went to turn into my driveway the drive started blowing the horn and throwing their hands up I felt very threatened I got the license number as they sped by me

Just went to Robinson road Amherst ny location. Was not able to make appointment and needed a test that needed to be completed between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:am .... was previously told between 7-10. Anyway when I asked the girl at the desk she said there was no time requirements listed and I explained to her that yes there are time requirements so she went and checked with someone in the back and that is when I was told it was to be a blood draw between 7:00 and 9:00 and that I could sign in but they may not be able to get to me before 9:00. Will be letting my insurance and dr know what the service is like at Quest.

Feb 16, 2019 Dr. Bustos sent a urine test out. I still do not see any results. I called the doctor and he said it showed that it was still in transit. It's been 3 weeks. Way too long. This is usually completed in 3 days. Would like to know where it is and what happened.

I couldn't be more upset. I amin receipt of nearly $1000 in bills for 2 lab tests. I am new to Florida and our insurance. Why are your reps that sign you in not aware what insurances are covered by lab tests there? Or, given a list of which insurance providers that do not cover testing. Had I known, I could have gone elsewhere. This is unacceptable customer service and I don't have the money to pay this, I have made paymentsISYZ on my 2 bills but I could have used that money elsewhere. I pray you will respond with some sort of resolution! Thank you!

Quest has not sent my lab results to me. Quest has not posted my lab results to My Quest. Cannot talk to a live person at Quest for help. Sending an email, the minimum wait time is 48 hours for a Quest response.

No one answered the phone at the local Quest and id been on hold 25 minutes on one number and now a second number to speak to someone. Please reevaluate your phone lines and just get rid of them if you aren't going to have anyone helping? This service is infuriating.

I can't log into my account. Username and password are already in the system. Technical support no help. Need to be able to speak to a HUMAN BEING. My quest no help I get error message about authentication and then get locked out of system. I'm very frustrated and unhappy with my inability to speak to someone who I'm sure could help me. If someone can call me to resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. B

Horrible customer service! I have been in hold for over 20 minutes so far and that was on top of the 30 minutes trying to find out how to speak to a live person. I stopped using Quest 3 years ago due to poor customer service and length of time it took to get my test results. Thought I would give them a try this time since my other lab did not open until 8:30am and I was going to be on the road early, should have waited for the other lab, as apparently nothing has changed, they still could care less about their patients! Still on hold 35 minutes now!

WS not at all happy with the service, attitude I received while at the Mt Lebanon location, near Pittsburgh Pa on February 28, 2018. The woman who took my blood threw each tube of blood from where I was sitting across the room to her desk. Not at all what she should have done. I was very unhappy. I had three tubes of blood taken. She did the same with each tube.
