my comment is that I bought a 2017 general I ordered four full doors I got them but it was an over sight they made them with no locks so now I have a 50.000 dollar machine fully loaded with no locks on the doors cant get no satisfaction from Polaris or the dealer I am sure they can do something for me they just say sorry it was an over site I say sorry not good enough very poor costumer service I will call them everyday until something is done

7-5-18 Almost broke my neck due to their engine breaking system. Cant be turned off. When i inquired, i had to tell the story several times. Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Heat shield recall is backordered for a month. If these issues arent resolved soon. I plan to escalate. Would like to use it sometime this summer

I bought a 2013 ranger 800 and a extended warranty I had to take it to a dealer for some work warranty work it's covering all but $250. No one will tell me why I want a reason. It is still at the dealership waiting for a part six weeks now waiting on back ordered parts ( caliper)has cost me my hole hunting season and money ( I guide ) I called Polaris two week ago they're nicer no ansures .this is my third Polaris I am vary disappointed and this will probably be my last . No service no sail me by

I thought Victory cycles were the greatest new American motorcycles made. Great looking, great riding, and great pricing. Indian is nice but not the same best bang for the buck. Harley's are great but way overpriced and not even in the same league as Victory! Harley's lives on image but has no new substance to justify the stratospheric prices. Dozens of magazine comparisons agree Victory is a far superior ride and quality and bargain. Don't kill it! I was just about to purchase my Vision! But I don't want a dead horse with no parts or dealer support. I respect and admire all Polaris machines. I pray you rethink ending Victory.

Part 9-100-9001 UWF Connector Assembly for 280

This part is engineered incorrectly where the Polaris hose connects to the tube on the unit.
All the stress of the moving hose pulls on this thin hose tube, and since it is long it breaks continually at the flared point. I replace it 3 or 4 times a year at $30 a pop, and I don't have a chlorine or salt pool to weaken the plastic. The flared portion of the assembly needs to be thickened or extended out further leaving enough room for a tube or nipple for the hose to connect onto.

There is a Polaris Dealer in Lewiston, ID called Guy's Outdoor Equipment that should not be represented with Polaris in any way. They have a service rating of negative 100, NO COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE BUSSINESS, WITH CUSTOMERS, BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS, ETC. This is the WORST BUSINESS I have ever seen out of all the states I have lived in. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM THEM OR HAVE THEM REPAIR OR SERVICE EQUIPMENT, AND WILL NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANY ONE OTHER THAN NEGATIVE COMMENTS. Polaris needs to yang their products from this business along with their sponsorship ASAP. They are giving Polaris a bad name with their crappy services they provide. I'm appalled that Polaris has any association with them to begin with. There are a lot of other people who feel the same way in this area too.
