PENTAIR case #TS03008100 My 5 month old Pentair Ichlor 30 salt cell is still under warranty. I provided all the pertinent information to Pentair representative May 12, 2023 ie: serial numer, warranty info, pool service that installed salt cell. I have contacted your warranty department 7 times and they keep providing me with authorized Pentair reps to check and replace the salt cell. your warranty dept. sent me emails for 3 different pool services in my area and all three do not have the business name that is in the emails sent to me. Please contact me so I can get my valid warranty claim properly taken care of. I have all the information emailed to me by your warranty dept and your representatives names.
