I purchase a Lumina 2520 tablet in Sept of 2014 from and AT&T store and have not been able to use this tablet due to it has a manufacture virus which came straight from the company, and the only way to fix the problem is to mail to the Nokia which I have twice. Still has the same virus.(To me it seem like they have not did anything to the tablet) Nokia has a very poor customer service and the reps do not notate the account when they say they would. I kept calling back to back to see if the customer rep would see the last time I called or any notes on my acct with ref # that was given to me. And they just stated they do not see any notes. The manager do not know what they are doing along with the customer service reps and they will not let you speak with their supervisor. I will be getting in contact with my attorney to resolve this issue. This is ridiculous!

I deal with almost every kind of mobile phone made as part of my job with cell phone forensics and technical issues at my job. Having said that, I purchased the Lumia 1520 only two months ago and loved every aspect of the phone. The usability, the customization, and all the features made this platform unique and fun. While there are some things that I missed that I had with my Galaxy S5, I could easily live without. Now my issue began on December 30, 2014. First, whoever I had a phone call from could not hear me unless the speaker phone was turned on, or I used headphones, then the backlit home, search, and back buttons went out, now the software is glitching to where the phone won't get out of Airplane mode and cannot be recovered with the Lumia Software Recovery tool. I contacted Nokia and they had me go through all the steps to fix the phone. After telling them that I did all that, they then tell me that my phone is not a U.S. version and that they don't warranty those phones. It's a Nokia, If I have a Ford and say I'm in Spain. I STILL need to contact Ford for parts and service, right? So they now tell me that a "specialist" will contact me in 48 to 96 hours. I have a week to wait and still not working phone. NEVER buying from Nokia again.

Nokia, and their representatives, are by far the worst phone providers that I have dealt with. I have been using cell phones since 1999. Every time I address them on the lack of an 8.1 update for my phone, they lie and say that the update has not been released to Verizon. Verizon denies this and so has upper level management of Nokia. Yet, every time I speak with a level 1 technician for Nokia, they repeat this lie. They will not connect me with the supervisor after they utter this lie. And they have told me that there is no way to put my phone in the next bundle that Nokia releases to Verizon so that I can get full service for a my $500+ phone. However, Verizon has told me that Nokia is lying about this as well. It is called a push. I am more than upset and am sick of Nokia. I wish that I had never bought this phone and should have gone with an Apple 6.

On 11/06/2014, I spoke to someone in your customer service dept, just I have in previous 4 weeks, only to hear the same answer "someone will call u back within 72 hours. I have a Nokia lumia 2520 tablet that needs a new power cord. I have owned several Nokia products over the years and I have not spoken to people who are rude, uncaring, and are not really concerned about consumer issues with this product, I really like the product but thoroughly, however I am completely plabargasted by your staff, I have a tablet that I have not been able to use for over a month, I would like to resolve this problem, if it can not be resolved, I will turn things over to my attorney, purchase a new tablet and never purchase another product made by Nokia. Your appreciated.

This is absolutely THE WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with!!! The guy would not answer my question and when I asked to be transferred he would not transfer me. He left me on hold for 10 minutes and ended up hanging up on me! Be aware, Nokia is sold via AT&T only and AT&T has disabled the wireless charging option. Is that false advertisement?? SHAME ON YOU NOKIA!!!!!!

Nokia lumina 520 I have had problem after problem .got it on a upgrade with 3 . now awaiting a return phone call. Only had the phone 6 months .

Nokia is the worst. I sell phones for a living, and was selling nokia so I could win one. Sold a ton, and came third place in Ontario Canada for selling nokia. They took forever to give me the phone ,and also gave me a used defected unit. I will never sell or use a nokia again.

I no longer own a Nokia device. I had a Nokia Lumina 920 phone and had to have it replaced two times. After having the same problem the third time, I was not able to get a replacement phone. This phone is a piece of crap. My provider is AT&T. They or Nokia would not give me a new phone. I think it is bad business when a device give you the same problem three times and you are left with no choice other than to get a different phone. It cost me $300 for a new phone because my contract was not up. I had to take AT&T "Next Plan". This is bs. I am retired and working part time just to keep up with my bills. Now I have to pay more for my mobile bill per month.
I highly would not recommend a Nokia product. Poor service.

how can i block or barr just one or two numbers from calling my Nokia C5 mobile phone? is there a setting on my phone or do i need to download an APP? if so, which app? where can i find the right one? is it free?

All Reviews Are Almost Identical Regarding Customer Services Offered By Nokia.
Can Nokia Take Action And Try To Improve Communications With Customers?
If The Same Attitude Of Ignoring Customers In Usa,i Afraid Nokia Will Looses Dearly.

Dear Sirs,
im situated in Thailand, Hua Hin.
2 month ago i needed a new phone, Ibought Lumia 820, after 9 day's !!! the camera was broken (29/12/2013). Still in Bangkom at Nokia CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Next I bought a Lumia 925 at the same day. On 10/01/2014 the aku stopt working. Still in Bangkok at your so called service. Finally i bought a Lumia 1020. I have no information when both hanndys will be repaired. For spending nearly USD2000
this is realy an unbelievable bad behavior of Nokia. Iwill recommend to my staff and custimers not! To by Nokia any more.

I use nokia XpressMusic it has no space when i have to buy something in wap say my phone memory is full even if someone send me a file it do the same thing but in my gallery the is no any file images,music,videos nd recordings

The guy that tried helping me barely spoke any English. It was so frustrating that I gave up after 15 minutes of trying to figure out what he was saying. On top of that he had no idea where any of the subfolders or options were located and kept changing his mind every 10 seconds and start over. Horrible!

Very poor customer service and i mostly hate the fact that i have reported the same problem more than 5times and every time i go back am told to leave the phone for 1week. Even after the 1 week, the phone still has the same problem. Safaricom staff advice me to insist on being given another handset but Nokiacare says the best they can do is to change the motherboard and even after doing that i still have the same problem. the phone is 9months old.

i tryed to upgrade my nokia asha 202 and it was trying to install and then my phone off since 10th of october 2013 (thursday) around 12,1pm my phone has not on since then...and i found out that it was from your nokia software.....please i need my phone help me let it on again.....i will be glad if it on back.....Type:RM-8340 Model:202 .......please i want my phone........

I have a 920it is worthless.ive had 4 of them since march. Screen in first one got black spots. Second one battery no go third one it lost sound and battery week kept using mgbis and now this one gets so hot you can't hold it to your face. I hate this phone but att or Nokia won't stand behind it.i paid for new one then I get used ones and att lost all my pics cause they didn't know how to transfer them am just digusted

3 NOKIAS LATER IN NINE MTHS AND I CANNOT GET KEEP ONE WORKING. The 900 just died in 7 MONTHS. No warning just died. The lumina 820 purchaced to replace a refurbished phone. That joke of a phone lasted 61 DAYS. It became so hot it could not be held. It took terrible pic had rotten volume do not put it in a pocket and do not count on the alarm if you sleep hard. Cannot down load touch a tile and it disappears new phone is not excepting downloads or 62 days old phone is not giving up info. 4 1/2 hours spent at AT&T store they wanted me at the Salem store to buy a battery since they DO NOT HAVE ANY to accomadate checking and dealing with the issues phone was having. By the way did I mentiod I am handicapped and use a cane. I was told to go there by AT&T for just that reason. They do not even glance at you or acknowledge you are there Went in for for download service since it was not working with phone help the Commerial street Salem Oregon. They told me they had no batteries in the store and they needed two to download with the machine. They also told me they are not part of sevice they where sales and that is all they could do. I was send there. WHY. They then sent me to the guy at 3 G mobile. Great folks who said it was the phones fault. I am told over phone maybe replacement it bad. More time on the phone my house phone Ran out of power told rep and gave her number to call back at her suggestion since phone time so far was a lot and it was dying. Next day no call back. Called nokia and again someone who beleives they are the only person smart enough to fix it by normal steps starts again . 4th times the same old junk does not work. Now if you touch a tile it disappears. I really liked the 900 not so much the 820. The 820 is a bad size. Your cheek will put people on hold. This has been horrible. And it is not the end the marathon pnone has now used up the house phone battery and am having to use a inplug in the wall phone. Thank whom ever we did not toss the only really working phone in this house
