Customer service was not helpful at all even before I pleaded my case they had already made up their mind. Had purchased a windshield and discovered within past month of cleaning it that there are stress cracks around the mounting holes which shouldn't be since mounted in rubber. I am disappointed in the motor company the quality and of their parts and more so disappointed in their relationship with the customer given the amount of money spent on a name brand product such as Harley Davidson.

Fort Worth Harley Davidson might not be perfect, but they really try . They replaced 3rd gear , shifter fork , and all bearings in my '07 Streetglide for $1,300 . The transmission began leaking immediately . I took it back to them and they found that the shifter bushing was leaking . They couldn't guarentee that replacing the bushing would fix the problem ... they contacted Milwaukee , and Milwaukee sent a brand new transmission case free of charge !!! Fort worth installed it , along with a new Energy One Extra Plate clutch kit , only charging me for the clutch kit installation . $1,400 later , I have a brand new transmission !!! No complaints with Fort Worth Harley Davidson . However ... when I paid $500 extra , toward my principle , the finance department applied it toward the following next 2 payments , instead of knocking down the principle . Discovered this tonight and will be in somebodies ass first thing tomorrow !!! Be careful when dealing with the finance department !!!!

Went to Suffolk County Harley with a screw in my front tire and the service department wouldnt even look at my tire. Basically told me good luck on my 800 mile trip home. Take your money to Nassau County they had me a new tire on in an hour and couldnt believe that tbey sent me down the road on a warranty fix.

I won't be using lone wolf harley Davidson for maintenance anymore now that I know the service manager has his bike worked on and does it as warranty. I don't trust them anymore.

Living in the Midwest it is hard to get many miles in this early in Spring , as you well know. However on the 2 warm days available I managed to put 540 miles in my 2015 CVO LIMITED. Absolutely love it!! First long trip begins May 11th, heading to Virginia and the Blue Ridge Parkway. My CVO will make it a great ride.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever witnessed with any product. Not a reflection on the motor company itself, but they allow this to continue. That speaks volumes to me. Just one man's opinion.

I have a 2007 Harley-Davidson Street glide . I have had to put the bike in the shop 4 different times for the same thing breaking . The white hype on the back head splits into center and causes the exh times since I've owned the bikeausted blowout of the crack . In cold weather it could end up hurting the valves in the back cylinder . I called customer service and they say that it's not a problem because nobody has reported it . But yet on the computer I have found history of this going on for many many years and they refuse to do anything about it . it is a $600 job each time it happens and I have had it happen 4 times in 29,000 Miles very dissatisfied customer

Regretful CVO Limited purchaser. Poor or no instructions on several things, especially the electronics.
The new GPS is stone age. You cannot put in routes easily. You must go around your elbow to get to your posterior if you want to try and save a favorite address or waypoint, or, good luck, a trip. The only good thing - it's bigger and you can see it so you know where you are not going.
NO ACCESSORY POSITION in ignition system. You have to have the full ignition on to TRY to input to the electronics. Good Luck on that.

I have spent more than 2 months trying to get information and "perhaps" purchasing a Harley Davidson cycle. However, two dealerships I've been to, have provided terrible Sales support and followup. Bottom Line: It does NOT appear Harley Davidson, is interested in new customers. Both stories are different, however, much the same is that they're ignoring any prospective customer. Such a Shame. I'm a bit curious if Yamaha or Honda will treat me better. I'm seeking dealers out now. Bottom Line. Please do not go to Harley Davidson, Brighton or Harley Davidson Farmington Hills, MI and expect any sort of pleasant purchasing experience.

I have just purchased a 2013 Heritage softail classic new. I have put 240 miles on it and just cant stand the ride. I have had a few heritages softails in the past and traded in one on a new bike. This 103 engine and trans has such a bad vibration it's not a pleasure to ride. The dealership is trying to tell me it's norm and they have ridden 4 other bikes and said mind is in the middle when it comes to vibration. All my other bikes that I have had have been as smooth as glass to ride. Why the run around? What are my options?

un satisfied is a understatement. i love my bike but harley is really beginning to suck. i sent my engine in for a rebuild, 37k miles! cylinders were burnt, rings gone, cams gone, oil pump gone, ect.. brought to the dealer engine was torn down n shipped to the factory. the damn factory dosent even know where my engine is 3 weeks later!!! they told me to have the dealer call so they could talk to the dealer but cant tell me. the dealer called and guess what they got told the same thing, they dont know where my engine is!!! WTF!!! last time i will ever ever buy a harley this is total bs!!
