Hi my name is donna valentine my sister works at golden corral in rogers Arkansas she and everyone is is working 9 hours a day with no bresk or lunch witch makes it totly against the law come tomorrow i am gonna call the department of labor and the better business Bureau my number is if any of these people are fired because of your neglect of you not gping by the law u will be taken to court
Golden Corral in Lansing , Mi. Has nasty dry/burned veggies, dry and paste like pies, cakes, banana pudding. Need to educate employees on maintaining the food. Keeping it fully stock, moist, steamed etc. Wearing earphones is not being professional while on the clock. Using dish towels that were drpped on floor to change out food trays is a he as lth issues. This Golden Corral restaurant gives you all a bad name. Texas Golden Corrals is nothing like this one. Thanks for listening.
I went to Golden corral in Decatur GA to use a free kids meal coupon that was only for may 1st. But when I get to the restaurant management tells me I couldn't use it till 4:00 but that's not what the coupon says. And she looked at it on my phone and said the same thing but she still didn't honor the coupon.
We so so glad when Golden Corral #2682 opened a restaurant in Lansing Michigan, but we were very disappointed when we ate there. We gave it a second chancee and no improvements.
The first time we went it was 2 p.m. And about 1/3 thirds of the trays on the hot bar were empty. Everything we took was so salty we couldn't eat. They finally put out the fabalous Pot Roast and the Vegetables weren't even cooked they were raw and cold. Yesterday at 1:30 we went back again and again, many of the hot food trays were empty, they still had some of the breakfast items out the sausage was like hockey pucks totally dried out from being in pan so long, the food again was very salty. We went thru four plates before we found some clean ones some even were wet with soap on them. People were waiting in line for fried chicken and they finally put out a 1/2 tray. Again the pot roast this time the beef was barely warm. PLEASE send help to this location as we don't want it to close and we have heard many complaints on this location from other people.

Went to a golden Corral in Thorten colo. Went to sit down and I was chased away from section in back of store by a server. As I was leaving server informed me quote good your leaving it makes my job easer quote.She spoke little English when she was telling me I couldn't sit in her section. Her English got a whole lot better when she was insulting me. I thought that being a server ment you serve your customers. Told her manager ,I was spoken down to as if I worked for her. She said quote. My server did nothing wrong. Unquote. This the most insulting treatment I've ever experienced. When I asked the Mgr. To speak to her supervisor. Her answer was I'm the manager call Corp. Office one of the things that I noticed was as soon as I asked to speak to the Mgr. The server ran straight to cover her butt. To speak to her first how sad. This in itself proves her guilt. The store mgr.wasn't much better by trying to hide the identity of her boss. Cut from the same guilty cloth.
I'm appalled at the location in Wichita Kansas ( E.Kellogg). My wife and I ate there and it was a miserable experience... I spoke with a manager via phone....You will have to call me to get the rest of this story.... I would hope that my experience is not indicative of the reputation you want out there into the public.
I worked at the Golden corral in Kokomo Indiana and they worked me like a run away slave I only got 4 hours when asking about my schedule the manager Jina got smart with me and told me she heard by 3 people one person that despises me to work there that I wasn't getting the drink orders right its only a hear say she didn't see it so she took their word for it and cut my hours down to 4 I only got 4 hours this week which was terrible. GOLDEN CORRAL DOESN'T TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES RIGHT AT ALL PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DONT LET THEM WORK YOU LIKE A SLAVE LIKE THEY DID ME MY FIRST WEEK WAS GOOD HAD 3 DAYS OF TRAINING THEN WAM A 12 HOUR SHIFT ON SATURDAY AND A 4 HOUR SHIFT ON sunday after that I wasnt scheduled for a whole week I tried calling they never answer the phone at all!!! I CALLED EVERY DAY THEN FINALLY WENT UP THERE ON Thursday and looked at the schedule only was scheduled 1 freakin day who wants to keep working for a company who gives them only 4 hours
the store in gastonia nc is so horrible. I'm letting all my 200 + friends on social media know to avoid it like the plague. My wife asked one of many Hispanics working there for some more food and she rolled her eyes at her an walked off.the manager was from what we found out later "dating" one of the Hispanic workers there an did not even come out to see what we (the paying customers that keep your business going) were having an issue with.The servers had to attempt to apologize but we had enough.I will never set foot or spend a dime in an establishment that can't even hire for one legal's or at least have the common courtesy of attempting to have one ounce of customer service.
Today {March 10} @ 8:10 p.m. my son wanted to go to golden coral in #0682Flowood, MS for his birthday! I paid for 2 buffets which cost me $36.58! The food there was Terrible, plus it was lukewarm, not HOT! I spoke with the manager that was on duty that nite & he told me that he apologize & he would check the temperature of the food & on my next visit there, he would give me a free meal! {Not once did he check the temperature} It's a shame you spend all this money just to get terrible food! I will never eat @ golden coral again! I hate that my son birthday was ruined!
I have to say that your new Golden Coral Resturant located in Poughkeepsie New York is awful.
When I went with my family the rug was stain with food and there was nothing left. The time of day was late afternoon and when we ask if the food was going to be refilled they told me no..
Now the food that we had was so greasy dripping with grease. The meat was so dry you could not even chew it.
I was trying not to listen to other people that went there and bad mouthed the place cause everybody has a different opinion but I have to say that they were right.
I will never go back hope that you can fix whatever is going on cause the couple of other ones that I have been to were good and we enjoyed them. So when I heard that we were going to have one here I was happy, but not now.

Turn it in and walked off i was a golden corral member for 6 years and am ashamed of the people you are hiring to take care of the staff and customers..please contact me a long time golden corral customer and crew trainer for many years.. My wife and I just ate at your restaurant in Ohio and we both got sick. After looking at the silverware we found old food stuck to it. Never again. 33 dollars to get sick. That's awful. We went to the restaurant #0727 in Winder Georgia There was a dog in the restaurant we were told that it was a service dog all service dogs are suppose to be at the owners feet this dog was a small yorkie and it was sitting in one of the high chairs at the table We spent $70.00 one our meal and should not have to eat with dogs. The couple next to us just got up and walked out A dog should not be sitting in a chair at the table
I'm rarely one to complain about experiences at eating establishments, but considering how often we solucit, and what I spend to feed my sons, when I could go to outback, Texas Roadhouse or other venues, for the same amount, I should expect quality for. This has not been the case the past couple of visits. I am uncertain if, because it was an early dinner, as we arrived around approximately 4, and the food out was leftover from the lunch rush, but nearly every meat option was completely dried out, and inedible. The shrimp, was overfried, and dried out. The carrots, and celery in the pot roast, were dehydrated in appearance, is this the norm?
In conclusion, I paid an exorbitant amount, for my sons to eat salad.
Your only saving grace is Jan the server, who's section we always sit in. We absolutely adore her, quite an asset to your establishment in killeen, Texas.
Yes would just like to say that at one of my visits to Ocala fl golden corral that me and wife left after getting threatened by the cook with a knife which could have ended with me pressing charges but just want money back and have manger talk to him all started when went to get a slider with wrong tongs cook screamed at me then I said screw you an walked off while lathe time he's screaming I'm going to stab that f ng idiot knife flying the whole time

January 30, 2017, my husband and I went to Golden Corral in Huntsville Texas. Our server, Krystan, didn't bring my drink (coffee) til I was half way through my meal. My husband's drink ran out and stayed that way til we were close to leaving. We watched a three top table carry their glasses to the register lady for refills. The register lady had to seek out Krystan to get her to refill drinks in her area. Our server was setting at a table behind us eating her dinner. We will avoid her section in the future.
My family (2 seniors 1 adult and 2 children under 3) just had the most horrific experience at the golden corral located in college station Texas at university and tarrow. First off the idiot at the front desk doesn't listen to her customers who make her paychecks. I specifically and clearly said 2 seniors 1 adult and 2 children under two and she said OK 2 seniors 2 adults and 2 kids. I replied no. That is not what I just told you. I then repeated my exact order and when payment went through she still charged incorrectly. We had to call management to fix this mistake which should have never happened had she actually listened to her customers. Our next issue occurred when my children needed to go to the bathroom. There was clearly a lack of cleanliness so nicely displayed for us by the trail of toilet paper leading outside into the hall from the women's restroom but that's not even the worse part...there was fecal matter on every toilet, piss on the floor, toilet paper overflowing from all three stalls, and the only thing I was grateful for was that my boys peed standing up so they didn't have to touch anything in there. I went up front and called for a manager,alex, and told him of my issues and disgust and he seemed to care and have it taken care of,but as we left the girl from the front, yes the same incompetent bimbo who couldn't take an order properly was back at the front desk,the same girl who was sent to clean that mess. There is no way in hell she gloved up, took out that trash, and properly sanitized that restroom in just 2 minutes. Needless to say we will never again be returning to this location or possibly any other of your franchises after this complete neglect of heigeine and customer service. Either this place needs a full sweep of all employees and they're replaced with ones who actually care about the work that they do or its shut down.

We went to the store in Stockbridge Henry County ga on Jan 1,2017 about 700pm it was not very busy around that time we had the buffet and the prime rib on the bar it was very fatty and dry it did not have a good taste to it and we did not eat much after that we spent 35.00 that night we felt that we were robbed of hour money we contacted the store about it we were told we should have stayed around and we would have gotten the age part of it we had to look for our waitress 4 to 5 times to ask for refill on the drinks the management should not have said that to us.
My family and i went to the golden corrall @ 11731 east colonial drive orlando florida on December 24th 2016 and had one of the worst of my 35years of experience that ive never had at any of my previous experiences.
I never in a million years would have expected a horrible humiliating embrassing experience by a General Manager.
The General Manager stepped out of the boundaries by scolding my grandson on his style of baggy clothing that he was wearing and said it was offensive to him and his customers and then he lied and implied that my grandson boxers was showing which was a lied. We feel discriminating against as my grandchild was singled out scolded and made to feel ashamed he's 17 years old and is a well mannered young man as well as being successful in high school acedemically as well as a profound athlete.
Then the General Managerproceeded to continue his insults even further by insulting my daughter the motherof my grandson by offering suggestive parenting skill that he recommended.
Our entire evening was totally ruined by this humiliating unnecessary and unprovoked situation to be singled out and made to feel ashamed embarrassed and humiliated.
Instead of him apologing for his bizzare behavior he sent a employee over to apologize for his behavior. Why send a employee to offer apologies when we wasnt offended by the employee.
I made the General Manager aware of his unprofessional behavior and his offensiveness to my entire family party.
I would like a call from the owner as well as corporate to address and further discuss this situation
I got food poisoning at the one in Elgin il I so sick on Monday when me and my boyfriend went to eat lunch there .they won't do anything about we got sick for two days we could drive our self to the er way to sick .there very racist the servers are .and rude
