As a regular customer, I have to say I was quite tweaked and a bit disgusted by what appeared to be false advertising. I went to the 44th/Shea store in Phoenix to pick up Valentine roses for my daughter --EVERY sale item advertised was not available anywhere.
Private selection roses $17.99 --not there. Designer Special $39.99--Not there. Garden Astro roses $29.99--not there. Enhanced Rose Bouquet? Not there.

Everything $60 and up was readily available, however. I feel cheated.

Trying to get a receipt, for some reason no can do,, really just a big waste of time..please send me or direct me to someone that knows what to do..28-store need receipt... Please !!!!

I am SO disappointed that I could not find out over the PHONE if we had bought a repair guarantee for our computer. Having to email to find out, and not even have the tech repair department be able to find out once we took the computer in, has been a huge waste of VALUABLE time, when we needed this computer fixed immediately because of a project due.

Dear Customer Service

I'm writting to you in a formal complaint of thief in your company. I shopped at your Fry's Mercado store around 0900 amd I purchase a fruit.. but the clerk didn't asked me for my VIP card, or insert my phone number. I had my card on my key ring. After my purchase i had a discount on my fruit... as I walked away, I looked at my receipt and notice that there was 1047 points on the receipt... My point are less than 300 and I know that wasn't my card number used. She used her card to get points...I relies that Fry's have a lot of foodstamp users and they proberly don't care about points... but i pay cash money and saving to me is a hugh deal... even for gas. I did notify the manager and his assistance... He reward me for with a gift card.... But i was thinking about all the other people that was not offered the sale discount on their fry VIP card... Fry on 43rd ave McDowell Phx Arizona 850099...I'm here at work... and dont have my glasses on... But That happen Saturday morning July 21 or the 20th...Today is Sunday
Many people isn't really liking fry's and I see why... asked an employee where the salt and they show you flour or send you to the other end of the store. I have purchase bad spoiled meat from your frys.... I am at now, at the point of shopping at Safeway. At least I am not getting ripped off or getting spoiled meat..I'm not happy shopping at frys...Service in going down just like the economy..I work at a local hospital, and I rather shop at safeway before going home, than to go to frys. I am not a Satisfied Customer at your store. Oh, I had to find the salt myself after asking 3 clerks later....NOT good.

Not good customer service.
Please send me an email that has a an email address that I can contact you and a phone number where I can reach a live person. And or the exact website and location to look up a frys invoice and print it.

It is absolutely ridiculous that the store you bought something from cannot print you up the invoice.

Regarding store #44. Oxnard...We will NOT shop there again until they change the store hours back to 8am - 9pm. They just changed the hours to 10am - 9pm with NO notice at ALL.

I REALLY TRIED HARD TO BUY A LAPTOP AT FRYS DESPITE THE FACT THAT ONE FRIEND SAID DO NOT GO THERE. THE MAJORITY RULED,THEY SAID GO TO FRYS , SO I DID. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AT FRY'S LOCATION ON 700 E PLANO PARKWAY, PLANO TX 75074. THE FIRST ASSOCIATE WAS VERY NICE TYLER BOGART. HE SOLD A MSI LAPTOP GREAT DEAL, LIKED IT A LOT .GOT IT HOME THERE WAS BARELY ANY SOUND AT ALL. DAY #2 TOOK IT BACK AND HAD SERVICE DEPT. LOOK AT IT STILL WANTED TO KEEP IT, BUT WAS DEFECTED AND WAS RETURNED TO STOCK. EXCHANGED FOR A NEW UNOPENED BOX SAME MODEL. I HAD TECH CHECK IT, SAME EXACT PROBLEM. THAT'S TWO DEFECTS TWO TRIPS TO FRYS TO DIFFERENTS DAYS. VERY DISSAPOINTED BUT STILL TRYING TO HANG WITH FRY'S. EXCHANGED FOR A HP LAPTOP REFURBISHED, PAID A $129.00 DIFFERENCE IN PRICE. GOT IT HOME THE LAPTOP WOULD NOT EVEN REBOOT AT ALL. COMPLETELY DEAD. GREAT HELP FROM SEAN ALSO RONNIE THOMAS WAS EXCEPTIONAL IN TRYING VERY HARD TO ACCOMMODATE. VERY LITTLE HELP FROM YOUR TECH SUPPPORT DIDN'T SEEM VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND VERY SLOW. PRECEDED TO TAKE ACTIONS WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF WHAT HE WAS DOING. ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE WASN'T VERY SUPPORTIVE. AFTER VARIOUS ATTEMPTING TO SPEAK TO THE MGN OF CUST SERVICE HE PRETTY MUCH KEPT TO HIMSELF, NO APOLOGY NO THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.FROM 6PM IN THE EVENING UNTIL AFTER CLOSING AT NIGHT IS TOO MUCH TIME IN ANY STORE TO SOLVE A PROBLEM. MY SUGESSTION IS TO LOOK INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER ON 6/22/11 AND YOUR TECH SUPPORT TEAM AND PLEASE REMOVE THE MSI LAPTOP WHICH WAS STILL ON DISPLAY. AS THIS ISSUE HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED, I AM ON MY WAY TO THE STORE TODAY 6/23/11 FOR THE 3RD ATTEMPT TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED THIS TIME REGARDING THE HP AND ALSO REQUESTING TO SPEAK WITH THE STORE MANAGER. I FEEL THAT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THAT I SHOULD RECEIVE SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR MY EFFORTS TO BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND GIVING MY HONEST OPINION OF MY EXPERIENCE.

On 09/18/10 i took in my laptop for repair. I waited for some one to call me and tell me what the problem was but no one called so on 10/18/10 I called and they told me that they were very busy so they had not had a chance to look at it but like 20 min later they called me and told me that had to send it in because they did not know waht was wrong with it. So on 11/18/10 I called they said it still out there and they did not know what was wrong with it jet. So I still waited for some one to call me no one did so on 12/16/10 I called again and they told me that it had liquid damage and that warranty would not cover it and that I had to pay $600.00 to get it fixed so I was upset and asked to talk to the manager Robert Walker and Down Houston they said they would look at my info and call me back but they never did so on 01/03/11 I called Mr.Houston was really mean to me and hung the phone so I called the main office and they said there was nothing they could do for me so on 02/19/11 I went to pick up my laptop and now they want to charge me $75.76 because they found out it had water damage i talked to the manager on 02/20/11 and he was going to call me back but they don't care about customer service he did not call me back I dont think I sould pay anything I will tell all my freinds and family never to buy at Fry's again. the service request order is # 00001234058-23 the invoice # when I purchased it is 6836755 and the fry's I bought it at 10241 N. Frwy I-45 Houston,TX 77037

Just purchased $189.62 in products from store #44 Oxnard, CA. While the sales people were good, the cashier staff were terrible.17 customers in line,2 windows open,could not locate our merchandise,3 employees refused to open a window when asked by coworkers, received the wrong color camera.The front counter help was LAZY and the supervisor didn't care either.Decided to keep the wrong color camera rather that go back and deal with the store staff.

i spent $1200 on a new gateway computer last friday -- i had my video camera with me so i could ensure that it would connect -- new computer had no firewire ports so sales associate sold me an iogear hub that would enable me to connect camera to computer-

i tried to hook up unit and it would not connect to my brand new $1200 computer --

back to the store with the hub and was then told {dept mgr} that i was sold the wrong item and he said i needed an express port and that i would have to open my brand new $1200 computer and install it myself !!

i was very upset that i was sold the wrong item and me being a tech neophyte there was no way i was going to take my brand new $1200 computer and mess with the innards -- what really upset me was the indifference that was shown by the dept mgr -- he had a condescending attitude and offered no apology for the inconvenience --

i took the new item and the old hub to the cust service area -- i made the exchange and decided to talk to the customer service mgr -once again i was met with the same indifference and condescending attitude{again-no apology !!} when i asked about getting the new express port installed when i brought the brand new $1200 computer back to the store--

after standing in line to make the exchange the transaction could not be completed in the cust service area and i had to go stand in another line at the checkout --

i guess i am married to frys because of the service contract but i will never shop there again if i can help it and will be sure to tell all i know of my unfortunate experience with your incompetent and uncaring sales / management staff--

i was so mad i called the store on my way home about the way i was treated after buying a brand new $1200 computer and asked to speak to the manager of the store and was told he had left for the day {2:30 pm} and was not given the option of speaking to anyone else in charge--

also, when i went to write this complaint, the email site "[email protected]" , would not come up --when i did find a site that would take my comments the send button failed to comply --more frustration with my experience shopping in your store.
