For over 3 months now I've been dealing with the HORRIBLE PHARMACY service in regards to receiving the TEXT UPDATES for filled prescriptions! I am very faithful to my Freddy's Store located at Orchard and Franklin in Boise IDAHO, but I'm DAMN sick and tired of the HORRIBLE BREAKDOWN of the TEXT program which notifies me of my prescriptions being ready for pickup! Every time....I go in, I tell the Manager, I then wait around for TECH service on the phone...only to be told to do the same thing I've done over and over for the past 3 months! They keep telling me it's because I'm on a DO NOT CALL LIST!! This is CRAP!!! I've been on the FEDERAL DO NO CALL LIST for over 5 years...and it's just now becoming a problem!!! REALLY!!! FIX THE PROBLEM once and for all...or I and my family will take our pharmacy needs elsewhere! Shame on you Fred MEYERS for NOT CARING!!!!

I am so upset once again at the newberg Fred Meyer pharmacy!! I am on once weekly injection for psoriatic arthritis and if I don't get my shots it effects my ability to walk and it seems every month there is something preventing me from getting my meds. The people working there are beyond incapable of understanding a simple request and I m pretty sure they go out of their way to not do their job! I phoned in my request a week ago to ensure I got my meds, and again the request to my Dr was never sent and they refused to call the Dr to expedite it. The customer service is horrible and most the time they are snippy and rude. I worked for Fred Meyer both in the store and in the pharmacy for Yeats and I know this is unacceptable! Sadly this behavior doesn't stop at the pharmacy, its spread through out the store. People at this store are rude and extremely unhelpful. I refuse to buy my produce there because new stuff is dumped over the old and not rotated as it should be and everything is left even after it rotts! I've tried talking to the store managers and they do nothing! I will transfer my meds to a different store and refuse to spend another penny at the newberg Fred meyer!!! I will now be with out my meds for several days and will be in severe pain because there is not one person in that pharmacy that can pit together a sentence let alone do their job!

I purchased Fred Meyer Gift cards. They will not give me the credit for spending the money in the store.
It only goes to the people who use them. Well that person does not have a card because they are mentally ill. I spend a ton of money at freddys. My gift cards will go elsewhere. Unbelievable.

cashiers at your 19th and Stevens store are very unkept, beards too long, hair not combed. Clothing old, dirty appearing. What's happened to your dress code that you have had in past years? This statement does not apply to all, most are appropriately groomed and dressed.

Fred Meyer Johnson Creek bottle return employees making fun on the intercom howling laughing dialing it back no one comes down to fix the machine this is a lousy store

I went to Meyers located on Woodward in Detroit today to return some bottles with my mother and nieces. When I arrived at the bottle return area there was only two machines working. I went to customer service to see if I could talk with a manger for some help. A youngman named Donald came up to me and as I was talking to him his work phone rang and he answered it like I was not there. I knew then that Donald who is a Grocery Team Leader was not concern with my problem. I went on to explain to Donald that there were several people in the bottle return area and there were only two machines working. Donald looked at me and said it was nothing that he could do and that they have been waiting for two weeks for the company to come out to fix the machines. I suggested to Donald to put signs on the machines letting customers know that the machines were down or even have some employee in that area to assist with the bottles. Donald informed me that he was not allowed to do that and again that it was nothing he could do and walked away from me. I left that store today not buying anything because I felt that Donald nor Meyers cared about me nor the other customers who where trying to return their bottles. I shop at this Meyers on a regular basis because it is close to my job and where I live. Donald spoke to me with NO RESPECT and if he did it to me he will do it to others and cause Meyers to loss customers. Note: There was no other Manager in the entire store according to Donald.

Hi, I love your stores up here in Fairbanks Alaska. Being up here in Alaska, our option and choices for different, particular foods are very limited. I have been searching for low fat or reduced calorie cheese. There are so many people on diets and working hard on loosing weight. Not to mention the fact that cheese is a very popular food that consumers love. I used to buy a weight watchers sliced cheese, in single slices, Walmart. Now I don't think they carry it. I'd much rather do all my shopping at Fred Meyers, without having to stop at another store just for cheese. I also have friends who have talked about this with me too. Many other weight watcher foods would be a hit too I know. You guys already carry weight watcher frozen dinners or meals, which is great! Coukd you please consider this choice of food on your lists of profitable foods to offer to your consumers. Thank you very much for your time. Sincerely, Mrs Kim Wardwell

I pick up my boy from 5he Covington,wa. Fred Meyer at 11:30am his pants were soak in PEE the young girl working never call me and acted like she did not care...will not be back very upset too have my child walk around like that. 1/24/16

I am very unsatisfied with the Covington Washington Fred Meyer. The manager is a very rude woman, she belittles her employers when speaking to them. I have witnessed this as a customer. The new young woman in playland is not a good worker. My kids have complained to me about how she doesn't pay attention.. how she is always on her phone and ignores them. I will not return. I have been a customer since I was a little girl with my family.

why is it your covington,wa.fred meyer store Playland has been closed so much lately ?? and why is it the new black gal is so rude and does not pay attention too the kids ? I refuse to drop my kids off unless the other ladys our there i want my child too feel safe. what is going on at this store...i go by to check and the girl is on her cell phone..you allow that

I bought $100 worth of merchandise some ofwhich was vanilla almonds and low carb yogurt...the cashier told me that I was buying fattening food and then looked me up and down ...my daughter noticed him also ....I told him I'm diabetic and I watch my carbs and he said what I was buying g was still fattening....I found it rude and I do travel 1 hour to get to this store ...

Shopped at Lynwood store on 44th Josh at checkout was slow and inaccurate Went to customer service asked 'Tracy' to double check my receipt I had to ask twice no one waiting but she was 'snotty' She finally checked. I said thank you girl. She responded as if I had called her a bad name and said some thing to a coworker I didn't hear but I suspect not a nice comment I asked to see a store manager and saw a General manager and suggested that Josh get more training and Tracy be reassigned to 'NO customer contact. Please address my concerns. Thank you

I purchased a 3 lb Kroeger Thick Cut Sliced Bacon on 8/9/2015 at the McGillivray store in Vancouver, WA and was charged $12.49. Looking at my receipt on the way out found that I was overcharged. Item - REGULAR PRICE - was $9.99 and I confirmed it with personnel (Kyle?). I was advised to take it to Customer Service and for them to call Kyle for confirmation or if there were any questions. I did so and my cashier, Jessica, didn't say one word to me the entire transaction and I felt like it was a great imposition to her to refund my overpayment. I was friendly and in a good mood and certainly didn't give her any cause to be somewhat disrespectful.



I was the one who had to take the time to seek out personnel to verify the correct price and then wait in line for customer service to remedy the situation, by my estimation about 15 minutes. I was not the one receiving a paycheck to handle these situations. I didn't expect an over abundance of apologies, but a simple "oh, I'm sorry" or some acknowledgement that I was even there would have been appropriate.

I shop F. M. on a regular basis. The store in my area must have a retraining session in the last 6 months or maybe a new manager.I am asked all the time if I found everything ok and do I need help finding an item. There is a girl named Toni in the nutrition dept that is fabulous. She goes out of the way to help not only in her dept but others. I wrote a review on another employee in the same store and will continue to do so when I get service like I do I. retired from retail 5 years ago and know the job of dealing with the public is not easy any longer but this store is great. I live in Tacoma Wa.and shop at the 72nd and pacific ave store.

Home Entertainment Manager- Alice Phalmer is cold, and not helpful. Steve Meissner was not effective in resolving customer service issues. Customer service in management was extremely poor. Definitely feel like they couldn't care less. Wouldn't make any large purchases there again. Returns- painstaking.

My wife purchased a package of Lloyd's Barbeque Ribs (2# 5.4 oz)
She heated them up for dinner this PM-
THEY WERE NOT EATABLE!!!
Mostly bone and tough as leather!!

The final exclusion of the fine print of the Thanksgiving turkey went unnoticed relative to the discount applied to my $150+ purchase today, Nov 18. I wish I'd noticed that because it only qualified me for a $.49/lb turkey as opposed to a free turkey and I'll bet Fred Meyer still made a profit. Yes, the difference was only $10 bucks, but the turkey and a 50 lb bag of dog food I bought went straight from Fred Meyer to the local food bank which was very gracious for receiving both. Still, I wish that the cashier had notified me that I only qualified for the $.49/lb turkey as opposed to the free turkey had I bought another $28 bucks worth of food as I would have grabbed another turkey and bag of dog food for the food bank. I'd squawk at customer service, but I'd be better off just sending the food bank $20 cash. What I thought was simply asking that they put $20 bucks worth of stuff into their food bank bin at their greatly reduced cost and call it good.

Fred Meyer is the greatest store!

I have noticed that the Angus ground beef at the Bremerton, WA store is different in the
past several months. It used to have exceptional taste - Now, seems ordinary beef.
Store says it has not changed, but it has.
Also, really like your small curd cottage cheese. Past few weeks consistently larger curd,
and runny. Would like to know if these are permanent changes.

FM in Puyallup wash...been good customer for years,at this store...appears to be a problem having ad stuff 1st day of ad..last 2 ads no crab by noon of first day od ad..second time you have run it at 9.99lb, last 30 days...out...said mgr only odered 1 case...good price but never have it...leader in ad to get us in then not have it. This was important today/wifes birthday...I left the store mad again.Definite problem, ir the price is too good, dont advertise it. Thanks Randall Walters
