Last week I visited your store located in Eustis Fl. Around 645pm I ordered a steak and cheese sub plain on white bread. When I got home I found that they gave me a steak and cheese sub on wheat bread with mayo. It seems that they can't read what the girl wrote on my order slip. Reached your complaint dep. and a woman called me the next day she offered me a free sub and asked for my name and address today I received the card for that sub. The problem I have is the envelope was addressed to KEVIN no last name just my address I went to the store and asked to see the manager and gave her back the free sub card. It seems to me that your employees can't get my order right and your manager can't even get my name right plus her rudeness. I will not be returning to your store in Eustis or any other location

We went to the new location in Davenport iowa on division street. I know they just opened last week but not the firehouse i loved. We are from Tennessee (sevierville) and that store is amazing. I got the firehouse steak ans cheese added mushrooms was very soggy. My boyfriend got hero sub and asked for no mayo and got home it was covered. We didnt go back like we should have i tried to call tbe store busy 3 times so got on here. Once we placed the order we waited 17 min for our food. Lots of changes need to be done before i will be back.

Hello today at approximately 10:35am I Entered your establishment in Plainfield Indiana off hwy,40.I ordered a 12 inch meatball sub. Upon inquireing about adding mushrooms, onions, black olives the employee was rude in personal confrontation, and body demenier. "This sub does not come with that". I said I am aware I would like to add this to my sandwich. "Fine". Now I want to point out there was one lady in this place at this time of whom had already been helped waiting patently. No vehicles in the drive thru either. Clearley they were not busy. I saw 3 employees working inside this place at this time like unsaid 10:35 am. I waited off to the side and observed while I put a few hot sauces in those plastic to go containers with small snap lids. 3 employees one in lobby with phone plugged in the wall and the other two all on there cell phones, not talking but other text or etc.Upon my sanwich being done and placed on the counter I realised if I put the hot sauce in the bag I stoic a good chance of either falling out or popping open . to avoid a mess in my car or whatever, I asked if I could have a small box to put my hot sauce in and I also had a brownie. Firehouse employee with poor customer service friendliness skills asked hatefully why! I said I just do not want to spill any sauce with this to go order I do not need anything large just a small container. Employees sighs, then with no body enthusiam walks over to get one , I clearly was a bother and they let it show. I will finish this off by saying I am a rather large firehouse sanwich fan. I eat at the firehouse franchise in Speedway Indiana about 3 times a week. I enjoy that place friendly and no issues.You need some attitude adjustments and management skills in this location.

Wanted to let you know Tallahassee,FL has pick up for food scraps because they do composting. Believe through Office of Sustainability. They feature companies that do this on social media.Noticed used paper take out containers. I commend you.

I went to the Neptune Beach location off of Beach Blvd.and stood in line to order with a co-worker. As our turn came up we both ordered and then immediately after i realized the $5.55 deal wasnt for any medium but a specific one, so i asked to change it. The girl asked the manager which was the one making subs and she said ok but that my refund would have to wait. I was ok with it because i thought my sandwich was still being made. 12 minutes later she says ok sir here is your refund, now what would you like???
I had no idea how to handle it.

Knox ave in North Augusta sc every time I order from the evening crew there's a problem with my order and I repeat myself so they get it right and it's still wrong and they're Rude. And you can't call the store back cause they don't answer the phone hardly....

I came for lunch at your shop in Niceville, Fl. They were to customers in the store. The unsweetened tea was empty and was the lemon aid. The manager had no idea that they were both empty. She said she would have it made up right away. Only three employees in the shop. I had my order sat done and ate it with righter drinks being filled. Very disappointed with the serve and the manger. As she insisted thattherewaslemonaid in the fountain machine. Ihavebeen theshop many times and I can feel a very anger tension here

Hi my daughter worked at fire house subs in august 2017. She worked at the store in guelph on clair rd.
She only had 3-4 days shift. There was a guy josh that told my daughter to f..ken do ur job right! He also said he can fire her on the spot but she doesnt know if he was a supervisor. Wesley is
The manager he never put her name on the schedule or had a name tag.and also she only worked 2-3 hours a day. I think she could of had a week or more as it was her first job!!!!
I hope someone says something and or get a better manager.my daughter was a
Always texting him for her schedule
Bad manager no one ever said hi to her!
For a first job this shouldn't of happened

IOrdered a Turkey sub no tomatoes no onions and I got tomatoes and onions on it this is not the 1st time this has happened. I didn't notice till I got home and I did not want to leave again

As much as I like Firehouse subs, to day I took my grandson for lunch and ordered a Kid's Combo, as usual, and was told because they now have a sub the same size for $3.99 he couldn't have any vegetables on his Kid's sub and if he wanted vegetables on it then he would have to order the $3.99 medium size, which does not come with a drink or Rice Krispie treat. This whole conversation with a rude young woman makes no sense to me.

I asked for the sandwich to to warmed four times in a row different times each time they are cold. My last order at 1640 Lake Woodlans Tx 77380 will be my last order never going back again. Manager took my sandwich back to heat it up and didn't returen for 13 min so we left. This was order number on 5/27/2017 1:47 pm cashier Chase C. Tea is always old they make new tea in the same stainless steel canister resulting in dark tea that is days old. You can't keep making new tea on top of old tea the results is old tea taste. If you have 6 inches of tea left over from the morning you can just make new tea on top of that it looks dark and taste terrible. I've told the managers many times they look at me like I'm a fool and they have an attitude.

My son was used by one of the firehouse locations Hiram ga they worked him 8 hours helping get the store ready to open then they never paid him for his services I talked to the gm of store carol diamond she told me 7 hrs of work so I paid him 49.00 dollars she was going to have the owners reimburse me and that never happened so I contacted carol diamond and Every time she comes up with an excuse that the owners are never in town so how can this be resolved

The firehouse sub in Fort Worth on Rosedale has the worst manger I have every seen...He is a very rude man.I over heard him talking to one of his employer like they where nothing and the sad part is this wasn't the first time or the second time I've heard him do this.I went to firehouse subs everyday for lunch but I will not be going back again because if that's the way you talk to your employees I can't support your business.

Just visited the store in Franklin Indiana and was very disappointed.
Was given a lame excuse on why they didn't have any hot sauce and why the price went up.
I use to get 2 meals for under $ 20.00 and now it's almost $ 25.00 for 2. The manager said she ordered the sauces in December and still have not received them, and that they were cutting back.
I drove over an hour to go to Firehouse because it is the only one close to where I live. When are you going to open a store in Columbus Indiana?

I purchased a gift card from you for my son for xmas but my post office told me they accidentally returned it back to you. That was a week and a half ago. Pls have it returned to me since I purchased it or I will have to get a refund quickly. I don't have enough money to buy something else until I get the gift card or my money back from you.

Went to firehouse sub's on east brainard in Chattanooga tn and this was only my second time ever and I don't think i will ever go back the food was really good but the customer service was forid besides the rudeness of the manager lady who was obviously having a bad day or? There were 6 people working behind the counter and only 3 customers and the one man said he had already been waiting for his sandwich 20 minutes already and my husband and I waited for about 30 minutes for 2 med Italian sub's while they were not making anysubs and when we noticed they had given us a small drink size instead of a med the manager lady said they were the same price so tough but we ordered our food to go and asked for med size and if that was a problem they should have said something before we paid and not waited till later and also the lady manager decided to get an attitude about it and started smarting off loudly about it while we waited for the food and served people who came after us and also left the store to socialize with a guy who came in the store and then huffed past us back in making it quite uncomfortable to be there and one of the employees a nice young man was the only one there who actually apologized for the wait and had great customer service when the manager was not there to see otherwise I was greatly disappointed in the service entirely, the food was good but not worth dealing with the wait and the horrible management issues

The firehouse subs on Monique North Charleston South Carolina restroom is deplorable went to order the young man was very arrogant at the mouth. Went in your restroom and I would have done better outside it was bad enough dehec would shut you down I won't go there again has to be clean up. You're serving foo

Always check you food at firehouse. 3 straight visits where they repeat my order back to me correctly, repeat my order correctly when they hand me the sandwich and it's wrong when I get home and open it.

I just have a few questions for my project that I'm working on in class and I was wondering if you could help me with some answers. my questions are 1. are you assigned an exclusive territory? 2. if the territory is not exclusive, does the franchise have the right of first refusal on additional franchises established in nearby locations? 3. can the franchise be assigned to hiers? please let me know asap. thank you

So we started eating at Firehouse in Ames when they first opened, it was awesome. Staff would always greet you with a smile and say something nice like "Welcome to Firehouse" or "Hi, thanks for coming" the food was fantastic with lots of meat on the sandwiches, and the place was clean. STOP. . . . this is not the same Firehouse any longer. . . rude staff, filthy store, and barely half the meat they used to use and small portions over all. I paid close to $35.00 for two 8 inch subs and 2 kids meals and we left hungry and sad. I will not return unless I hear through the grapevine that there is either new management or new staff. I took pictures of how terribly dirty the place was, heck the napkin holders had so much dust and filth on them it looked like they had not been cleaned in at least a month. I had to ask for a towel to clean our table and when he brought it, he put our food down on the dirty table and wiped around them, really?? We will not return.
Even more irritating is that I tweeted to them and got not even the slightest apology, I emailed them through their webpage not once but twice and still no response. . . they know this place is crap and do not even care. What if Chris Sorensen knew would he care????????
