I ordered a pair of expensive high top sneakers and paid $15 for 2 day shipping on top of all that, because I was going on a trip and wanted them to arrive before hand. They still haven't arrived and it is the 2nd day, and I tracked the package on Fedex and it says it will arrive on Wednesday at 8:00 pm. That is one day late!!! Too late because I was leaving a couple of hours before! I am unhappy. I paid a lot of moneybfor them to arrive early and now it's taking 3 days. I am VERY unhappy!

Visited DSW/Kildeer, IL. When at the register was asked for my ph# for points. I politely declined to gv my ph#. Sales person became very rude, stating repeatedly "that it only takes two seconds to check for points".Then he started to slam the shoe box around on the counter & I was made to feel VERY uncomfortable. I was very upset but did not make a scene, as I felt the sales person already did. I come to DSW to make an expensive purchase and get treated this way. Completely unacceptable! I should've left feeling good & wanting to return. This is not the case. I will definetely warn my friends on fb about this experience at this particular store. Someone needs to address this young man immediately.

I'm very disappointed! I got my order today and didn't get my free promotion summer bag that was in your site! My reason for ordering on your site not only my new sandals but the cool free bag! Hopefully you'll make good on the offer or I most likely won't order from your web site again I'll shop the other stores first.

I reside in LaQuinta CA in the winter. I found One Wink pearls in our local DSW store. I wore them andy friend wanted a pair. We have two DSW stores locally and both were out. Also out online.
On a hunch I called the Factorial DSW as our summer home is nearby. James answered and found the pearls. Than I told him I wouldn't be back til April. He said he was recently transferred to the store so would ask his manager. They are transferring the pearls to my LaQuinta store!!! I'm thrilled! THIS EMPLOYEE IS A KEEPER! He WILL go far.

I live in West Hollywood Ca. My daughter came to visit from Dallas. She wanted to stop in DSW for a pair of boots because of all the emails we have received from DSW regarding all there clearence. While walking the walk of stars we went into the DSW located in Hollywood Ca. Right of the bat she found a pair of black boots on the clearence rack . After looking around for 30 min she decided on them they had a sticker for 70%off. Wow. Can't beat that, as I looked at the box I noticed there was a sticker on the box that said 30% off she went through the racks and found all the boots like that were the same. 30% sticker on box 70% on boot bottoms. So we just assumed they where marked down again because again they were all the same. Waited in line about 10 min then the girl behind the counted. (Heavier set Hispanic hair pulled up in a clip around 4.pm ) rang them up at 30% off. We explained to her the 70% is on the bottoms off the boots. She acted like we put it there. Took the sticker off in front of everyone in line telling us as if we were scamming her these boots are 30% off. We said can you please check the racks because they are ALL marked that way. Told us loudly and rudely these are not 70% off. By this time my daughter was getting very embarrassed by the treatment and just wanted to leave ... We did. I live here. I know there is a lot of scams to be weary off but we were not . Nor do I think in anyway shape or form did we look or act like scammers. That was horrible treatment when some one should have looked the shelves themselves. Or maybe they do that on purpose. I'm not sure but it was a horrible feeling to be treated like a thief . Humiliating and rediculoius

I wanted to comment briefly on the excellent customer service received at the Wauwatosa, WI store. Both the manager, Alyssa and cashier, Renee, were most helpful. We held up the line for quite some time with our need for assistance but they remained cordial, helpful and willing to spend the extra time necessary to finish our transaction.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I was waiting for a rep for 20 minutes and STILL. Did not get anyone on the phone!

On recent shopping trip I had the pleasure of a pleasant employee by the name of Jackie. I feel she went out of her way in assisting me and it was greatly appreciated. When checking out I mentioned it and she gave me Jackie's number. . Your fortunate to have her on your team.

My comment is regarding you not opening on Thanksgiving. Hats off to you. I've just started purchasing from your store and after reading the article regarding stores opening/closing for the holiday, you are at the top of my list for shoe purchases. Thank you and enjoy your Thanksgiving
