My I just got a message over my phone saying my internet is slowed down. I paid my phone bill till the 14th so why is my interest slow? After my phone not working for a whole day a couple days ago for your tower failure or whatever bs that was and now this. I might as well switch to another company. Yours was good at first but with my service continually being slowed down and shut off in the past two/three months its now not worth my time. I can't keep making trips to the cricket store saying I paid my bill

This does not take you to a live person.

Instead its an intro to a Survey that if you take it will give you and another a cruise.

I am a customer and I think we should get credit for the day we lost on our service when the towers were out this month.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE cannot understand them have to constantly repeat myself and ask them to speak slower to try to understand. SORRY LAME SCRIPTED MESSAGES. The outage cost me over $400 not having my phone services for 2 days, they offered $5 like WTF is that going to do? $5 is an insult to me as a loyal customer. I have been calling customer service for 2 days now and the phone just rings, when someone answer they just hang up on you. Managers are never available and they never call you back. Before my last call to them was disconnected I stated that I wanted to cancel my service with Cricket and the representative told me to just do it. Never attempted to try to save my business. I am leaving.

Very hard to deal with. Can't talk to other depts to solve issues. I am on limited income and was charged two payments in the course of trying to fix auto pay. They try to talk you out of making a payment dispute which takes 5 to 10 days to fix.

An apology alone is not acceptable. I had no service from 5p.m on 6/3 - 8 a.m on 6/4. You all need to give me credit for the time that I was unable to use my service.

In regards to the text you all just sent me, apologizing for the phone crash, how are you going to compensate me for the trouble it caused me? I lost over$250 frm not being ableto Uber. And yet, I bet you'll shut my phone off when I'm unable to pay my phone bill on time. Friday nights are my busiest nights. And it's been lost!

I had NO SERVICE for 18 hours! If I don't pay my bill it's shut off! I think since I've been a customer for 10 years there! There are many companies but I chose yours! I expect some sort of incentive for being a loyal customer! Help please!

As you are aware of the issue with no service for a very long time and in my case I have mutiline account which this outage affected us very bad I would hope cricke makes it better and credit back my account I have been a loyal cricket customer for a very long time and this outage affected our lives very much. Please advise what cricket is going to do to make it better not only for me but all those customer that were affected as well. I wait for a response.

Can someone please tell me what is going on why it says emergency calls only my phone stopped working around Tom yesterday and won't work. I am in need of my phone for work. Please anyone tell me what is going on.

This is ridiculous my service has been down for 16hrs now there shouldn't be no issue that takes this long to be resolved I feel a better situation is owed to all of your customers and for this long delay we should either get a month free or half off our monthly bill if something is not done within a few hours I will be forced to go to another company and I want my money back for this month or further actions will be taken...... I changed to cricket from AT&T when I finally did the math and AT&T stopped offering discount for new phones. I added 5 lines for family members. Haven't been with them one month and this happens. I'm embarrassed to bring my family into such a mess. They trusted me, I know it's not my fault but I Bragged off AT&T service and cricket prices. I will be looking for a new service provider. No email from cricket about the issue. Half of my inbox is cricket junk. I opt out of text messages from cricket b/c there were so many. This Will damage there rep if not resolved soon.

Cricket wireless has the worst service. It's impossible to be the brother of At&t. I think it's time to change back to straight talk wireless. You can't get anyone on the phone.

My service has been down for more than 9 hours this is ridiculous as I can't even contact customer service for information. I'm going to sleep,in the morning it better be back otherwise I'll be moving to another company.

I have 2 lines all day my phones has not been working my son was stuck at school had no way 2 call me,finally he borrow a friend phone almost couldn't. Remembered my #,this is so sad,tried 2 call customer service no answer u all have real bad service,need 2 be credit for this month,u don't show any kind of customer service,no kind of care 2 ur customer,get the problem fix r I will change phone company,u all want the bill money on time well I need my service on not playing ,your service suck.

Having trouble reaching technical support to assist in one of our phones. We called the cricket customer service number(s) and to our surprise there is not an option for technical support.

My phone had not worked at all today just purchased phone today only one call made what's the issue need my mony back or get phone working your network is not reliable as of yet
