My name is Bill . it took me over an hour to locate a human to talk to at boost Mobil. I'm sure they were located somewhere on the other side of the world. I've decided after calling there I could care less : care services to do exactly what I should have done a VERY long time ago and that's deal with a company that actually cares about there customers. Its beyond clear not only they do everything possible to be unreachable. When I did contact the lady in the wooden hut,I was told the credit id receive for adding a second line was out of the question. How this cracker jack company stays in business is anyone's guess. For the honest hard working people out there who need and deserve better service here's a free but valuable tip. Get two soup cans and a piece of string. You'll find you will get much more from them than you get from boost mobile. Jacked mobile is the name they should be using.

The customer service email posted is a nonworking one. You should remove it as it does not work.

Im Eliabdiel Perez Im disable and deaf Your freaking Company is A FRAUD... I WAS TRYING TO ADD MONEY TO MY VISUAL VOICE MAIL And You guys credit the 10.00 to my payments and not to my voicemail account.What a robbery .Sincerely

Concerned about the 55 dollar refund I was supposed to receive in mail from boost mobile for a minute card I couldn't use as I have no reception here Walmart implied I would and I don't if I'm not refunded I'm making trip to headquarters and u can meet my lawyer

Kevin milam from hawaii my cell no.is i bought this phone from sprint inside a radio shack store in august for $ 179 ever since i bought it it has serious problems the encripton doesnt work & they told me that its a new phone & tried to switch to. T-mobile & they told me its a used phone & t-mobile told me the previous persons name me bobby jo something if nothing is done i am going to switch to t-mobile & why is it so hard to get a hold of boosts

Why is it I pay for 2 phones sometime 2-3 weeks in advance at a boost store and I STILL get this message from you.
"message not sent due to low balance.Recharge account.

Hi my name is Gregory Lewis and my sim card is damaged I am a boost mobile customer . I was told to contact a representative at boost mobile and ask for a new Sim card the store clerk at a mobile phone retail store said that it would be free I'll pay if I have to but I need a sim card to use my phone thank you

I paid my bill and my services was suspended also my plan has been changed to something I didn't agree on. I was promised to speak with a supervisor but the person didn't keep his promise. So I called back and they we're extremely rude to me. I would appreciate my services restored

Hello I just change my plan to 50 unlimited data at boost mobile store and I still having my old service I already paid 53 dollars 2 day ago to the new plan I dont paid to have 5 dollars credit on my account and also.now I try to change online I they are asking me for another $45.....please update my account asap ..

First off I just want to say I've been with the company for 3yrs plus and i call to see if i can get a week extension and i get told it can't be done behind all the money i pay for a bill to a popular company and this is the treatment i get i guess its time to look for another provider. I feel my situation is not important and im not vslue as a customer i needed a extension until friday and was turned down wow is all i have to say.

I was make a payment by debt card then they were changed me 3 time 56.39 on my card also my phone still have no internet and said i have not enough money in my account.please help me get the money back and the phone still not working.Thanks

went in there too get my Galaxy s7 edge thru sprint phone flashed...the guy had me leave it over night... Said he was putting me on simple mobile... And charged me 180$all together for activation came back next day picked it up after they gave me a call sing it was okay to be picked up I walked in picked up the phone left tried calling but my phone calling wasn't working I went back in I showed the guy he told me you couldn't do nothing about it to come back and talk to a girl that could call a technician I spoke to the girl and this is about a week later because he couldn't tell me when she works and she's telling me that I have to come in today Monday the 31st of October and a guy can fix it I haven't been able to make texts or calls I don't have data for the last 3 weeks if they can't fix my phone today I want my full refund it's the store in Belton Missouri off North East Avenue boost by EZ talk

I have had boost mobile for almost a year. The service, connection, phones ect are all garbage. U buy a reboot card and u still have no Wi-Fi unless you go somewhere that has Wi-Fi. Boost mobile is pure garbage and the unlimited data is a scam. I will be going on facebook, twitter, snapchat and every other social media site I can find to let people know to stay far away from boost mobile. I will let people know, Verizon, cricket, at&t, t mobile, virgin, and straight talk are far superior to boost
