Booking.com double booked us at a hotel and the resort contacted them to try to cancel, but were told we would have to call booking.com ourselves. There is no phone number on our booking site or a spot to send comments or ask questions like how do we get our money back. You are always referred back to your original booking and one cannot complete this type of action on the site. They make it very difficult to deal with these types of situations and leave the customer $150 in the hole. I am hoping this review will be seen by the company and the way I can contact them and get a resolution.

I communicate with you again in this way because they have not answered yet none of the mail and answering those received. In the day yesterday finally got to confirm my reservation and where I was said that the hotel was waiting for me, and this morning I find the e-mail that talked about my cancellation. By way of clarification, I want to inform you that it is not my intention to cancel the reservation. I WANT TO SELECTED staying at the hotel IN THE REQUESTED DATE.

I expect a prompt response clarifying the situation. Thank you

My name is Sandra Jean Leonard my booking number I have a reservation in Guadalajara 5 of October I called the property to check on my reservation and I had a question about Linens and things if I leave they couldn't speak English and then they just started to hang up in my face booking.com to get in touch with these people thank you very much

Royal Inn Mount Vernon,illinois:
Four Different Adults Advised Me To Cancel My Booking.com Reservation At The Royal Inn Because I Would Not Feel "safe" There; Nor Would My Personal Belongings Be Protected Unless I Kept Them In My Personal Possession At All Times. Clearly, The Contents Of My Vehicle Would Be In Jeopardy While Parked There, Too!!!

Seriously Recommend That The Royal Inn Be Removed From Your Booking.com Website For The Sake Of Any Unsuspecting Individuals / Families Who Might Be Referred There.

Booking.com misrepresented The hotel Ludwig located in Fuessen, Germany as a result after arriving at the hotel we did not stay do the
Odor, since it was above a restaurant, no reception area/lobby, unsafe access to the room and parking area, rude staff, address in GPS does not take you to the property. I did know there wasn't any lift but did not know we would to walk more than a block to access the room., walking up winding steps without handrails. I was gagging walking into the building from the odors.
As a result we left hotel staff told me you still have to pay for the room after explaining our concerns. Since I made my reservation with Booking.com based on their misrepresented ad I believe they should take ownership of this since my contact was through them on behalf of myself and the hotel. I want a full refund credited back to my card. I acted in good faith and had every intention of staying at
this facility until I arrive and saw the unacceptable conditions.

Wanted you to know you should take Kings Inn off your roster. You have a good reputation and you really do not want to represent this facility. I booked 6/27/16 with booking.com for King Inn in Seattle booking confirmation I called and made a complaint. This reservation was not used. Me and my teenaged daughter arrived at this property and there was drug addicts in the lobby, working behind the desk and laying all over outside on the sidewalks. I told the front desk person that my daughter was afraid to be there and I wanted to cancel the reservation. He said that I would be charged even if I did not stay there and I told him that I was not staying and left and went to the Warwick Hotel and stayed. We reported it to them too. I just got home from our vacation and I filed a complaint by phone. I am hoping that you can get them to give at least part of the money back. Your company really does not want to represent this property, it is dirty and gross.

Worst customer care service ever! I have been waiting for over an hour to speak to a customer care executive and couldn't reach one. Never booking from Bookings.com ever.

I just got off the phone with one of the booking agents and the experience was not a pleasant one. In error I had book a night at Renaissance in Asheville NC for our anniversary a day early. I tried on my mobile to change the day and could not so I immediately booked the correct day so we would have accommodations when we arrived. I called the property and they could not make the change, they indicated I would have to contact Booking.com.
The agent I spoke with seemed to be in a rush, very matter of fact and not attempting to be accommodating, increasing the amount of my one night stay. Thank you Renaissance for still focusing on customer service. Booking.com, much work to do.

I booked a room thru Booking.com and it was the Worst service I have ever received. The person on the phone was very rude,and had a I don't give a darn about your problem attitude.I had a hard time understanding her English or whatever she was speaking. I would like to speak to some one who cares about customer service and helping a very upset and unhappy customer. This young lady needs to go to a customer service class and learn how to listen and understand customer service.

I have been a booking.com customer for a while. My dealings with the company has always been good. The first time I have a problem with a reservation I have nothing but run around and no satisfaction. Very disappointed in the service i encountered. Completely not satisfied to the fact i will no longer be using booking.com any longer and will tell everyone what a total mishandle happened with my situation. Sometimes situations happen in life that cant be avoided as mine did on my reservation on August3. I had every intention on keeping my reservation on that date but a problem came up and could not. I have been through it all with customer service and wish i would have just let it go.

I had made a reservation, then received only one follow up email. When I tried using the booking.com app could not retrieve my reservation using the email I booked it under!! Thinking it was canceled for unverified funds. The was charged for a no show after no being able to confirm my booking!!

Booked a room at Hilton garden in Huntsville Alabama price I was given was not price when I got to hotel . now I cant get booking.com to answer me. It was a difference of 80.00. I can't retrieve my email to get my confirmation number

You cannot do everything on Line! You will not answer the phone without a long, long wait.
SO
I cannot cancel a booking you have made for me because I have no Booking Reference for the simple reason I never instructed you.
You have booked me into Thorpeness Golf and Country Club on Friday 24th June because they contacted me and they need YOU to make the
cancellation as they cannot take my word for it.
PLEASE contact them and advise them you have made a mistake and Miss Warren does NOT
need a twin room this Friday. Your
acknowledgement would be appreciated as I have wasted a lot of time today trying to tell you.

I booked a hotel though them in april in miami and i was double charged it took me a month to get any kind of answer on how i was going to be refunded i finally got someone that helped me and i was to have my refund with in 5-7 days from may 26 i am still waiting and they creditor that they use to refund people witched banks is what they say so i should have my money soon i called again today and asked for a tracking number and still dont have that and that was at 9 am i dont get what takes so long to get someone there money back when they want theirs right away i am have bills i have to pay and it would be nice to have my money back or are they going to continue to pay all my late and over draft fees since it was 4 star hotel they recommended double charged me.

I was very disappointed with booking.com. I booked a motel room for my son's wedding through you and then u cancelled it. We are now without a room. Why would u offer this if u didn't have any. I feel it was a scam because u tried to book me 30 miles away. You knew when I booked this you didn't have any. Then I couldn't cancel on line I had to wait on the phone for 30 minutes. I will never use booking again and I had used it alot. I hope your company is happy since I have no room now thanks

I did not receive my refund from Getaroom I prepaid freehand hostel $125.00, this is not the first time I have had a problem with refunds in particular freehand hostel 2727 indian creek Miami florida usa please refund all money prepaid for may 22-23 2016 private room in freehand hostel, I was booking a coed dorm, this popped up and was never corrected although I contacted freehand ryan and 0 front desk over 5 times (again). thanks. sincerely, carole l levy

I inadvertently booked our stay for the wrong weekend and did not realize it until after the dates had passed. Booking.com very kindly worked with the hotel and re-booked us for the right weekend (the hotel kindly helped as well). Happy ending! Thanks Booking.com (and Evonna in customer service!).

Asked the confirmation be sent via e-mail. Instead of a confirmation with a confirmation number I received a link to download their app. I live in the Rocky Mountains and half the time the phone doesn't work (no signal) so having to sign into an app to get a confirmation does not work for me. Want the confirmation number sent to me via e-mail as requested.
