I lost my internet connection on my phone barely two days post subscriptiion.I can't use my bbm and its so deavstating.I called my care provider and I was told to contact blackberry instead.pls can u help me out?

Blackberry customer service is in a class by itself. Reason being, there are no other companies that bad. Blackberry, unlike Apple charges for after purchase questions or assistance. The reps are rude and uninformed. They don't have a clue. Blackberry customer service is a joke. It's no wonder the company is failing.
I have a problem that Vodacare Fourways cannot get my Blackberry Curve to SEND emails. No attachments can go through, plus other problems. I am a pensioner and cannot afford another more expensive cell. Who can I go to for service, otherwise I need to go to Head Office. I stay in Jukskei Park, Randburg. Thsnking you Cathy Pitchers

I strongly believe that you made a very big mistake buy introducing these new smart phone which kills so much on data because like here in South Africa most people were going for blackberries because they were saving a lot on bis, but now these new phone don't have bis and the just kills on data 1gig is nothing in a month, and this will cost you millions customers in SA. If possible please bring back bis or do something to make sure that your phone's save on Internet and win back millions of your customers in SA Thanks worried Walter Nkosi in South africa
This was the second time my BB9360 went in for repair. I am totally not satisfied with the service because this phone is still under warranty and the assessment report stated that there was physical Damage. MTN was working on the phone. I had the phone for nearly 4 months when it started freezing and nothing was wrong with the charging of the phone. After it came back from the technical repair my phone did not want to charge. I did under no circumstances damaged my phone for you to say it is unrepearable. Please can you assist me in the correct email address for me to contact blackberry. End of July the warranty expires and I cannot keep loosing money by buying a Black Berry and the it starts these problems. There is al lot of problems I read on the internet regarding this model of the Black Berry.
So please assist me with the Black Berry complaint department email address or are you going to assist me? I bought it through American Swiss and and cannot struggle each time when the phone is send in. I love my black berry and do not want another phone, but this phone was not damaged by me
I just spoke with the Blackbery Technical Support about my problem. Kevin told me that it would cost me $50.00 to correct my problem. My son just return from deployment and I was trying to take pictures of his return. It would flash and then go into download mode. I would have to wait for approx. 5 minutes between pictures. I own a Blackberry Smartphone Bold 9930 and I should not have to pay $50.00 to support to correct my problem.

I have a BB Curve 9320 but I am unable to connect to the BlackBerry App World for downloads! It always says that it cannot connect to the server...that I need to verify the network connections yet am on wi-fi and also mobile data plan with safaricom! pls help...its frustrating!
I am being asked to verify my Blackberry ID username. I cannot remember my password. To get a reminder of my password they will send it to my e mail address, which is incorrect on my username. To change my username they will send a new one to my e mail address - which is wrong.
I know what I want for Christmas now - and it isn't a Blackberry!!!!!!

My is Onose from Nigeria. I am having issues with my BB Q5 that is less than 3months old, the phone is always hot and when its hot d battery will empty itself. So please kindly send an email to me on how i can fix the problem. I will be very happy if my problem is ratified on time. Thank u.
This is my second BlackBerry phone, I have the Q10 and I won't even wait for my contract to end before changing to the Samsung or ANYTHING other than a BB. I don't know what the updates are supposed to do but my phone now works erratically! I am to the point of throwing out the Window under the next car that goes by! No wonder this company is going down the drain!!!!!!! And what customer support, consumers have to resort to a site like this to vent and ask for help with their products.
Good day just have a problem with BB device iwas trying to download the fastest browser suddenly it showing that small watch on the screen I just removed the battery and when I put on the screen became blank and no applications appearing on screen only the MTN logo appear on the screen please help
Hi Blackberry, I've been stuggling to find a way to communicate with you via e-mail. Anyway, I'm glad I found this forum.
I own a BB Bold 9900 --this is my second as it is replacement phone (my first one wiped all my data for no apparent reason). I just wanted to say that you produce the worst phones in the world and I beilieve that your products are of extremely inferior quality. Your apps are especially pathetic.
