I have called in 5 times today each time waiting 20 minutes for a spokesman. Each time I've been given wrong information but asked to increase my service program. I'm so tired of trying to work within your system I call in Monday and cacel my service contact. Thanks for nothing.

calling you from my home i was robbed when i called the police about bad denist at moountain view dental-- springs and eastern ave-theft invasion and harrassment of people has been a problem even calling about gas station problems-mobile gas robbs our house-shell is worse-dont got o rebel gas station-either-
anything i bought when i had aol on line aftre making a few car payments peopel got into our comupter and started stealing things-reporting woman fro cahnging locks at the sears store at 7211 eastern ave --NO one moved us when i told them we needed to all move in 1998!!
WHO DOES THAT TO A MOM ANS TWO YOUNG KIDS!_LOIKE reporting harrassment by a man doing cosmetic testing at the belz mall i wanted the police to arrest even the store manager for harrassemtn in 2001-jim meekin sfor stocking at softball field in green valley-these peopel have been involved in huge theft ring since i was nine and in garden grove-
steven gilbert claimed to have live at 8002 clover way buena park.ca-I dont believe it at all-
june vilander got ahold of my bank informatin again when her daughter tarry in huntington beach robbed my 2000 grande prix--mark sullivan was not allowed anywhere near my kids or house since 1976 when huis friend were doing thigns ot my car froma business run out of hawaii-many problems when nathan and natalie and i called the police in 1998 about nasty man showing up nea rour house wanti to give her a dog--i dont; allow that-
soemone from a business litterally took over our life-when i tryed to get a body gaurd into my house to protect my kids, animals and myself, my finances!!
my wages were stolen aftre a nasty man got into the store -they were from el toro marine base i think!
I reported man showing up in the bank ansd suddnely my welld fargo bankl card would not work cause of soemone changin the zip code to the wrong number-
I do not go on united airlines for any reason they are insanely abusive--

I have been an AOL customer for many, many years. I have stayed with AOl after other internet means (cheaper, too) became available.
I pay out the back end for internet services and here recently, Internet Explorer takes a powder more often than someone on meds. I just tried to get on youtube and I get youtube isn't responding. This is more the norm than not. The everyday mantra is "so and so site isn't responding".
I have resorted to using Google for many of my searches and the reason is because it is 1000% more reliable and doesn't send me bogus messages about this or that article not responding.
I have had it paying as much as I do for the privilege of having my screen freeze up several times a day.

I guess AOL is like everything else, quality has gone completely down the tubes.

Our dog loves Natural Life chicken tender treats I have been unable to find them in the store so I e-mailed the company and they said that you are not selling them anymore. That you want them to change the formula. Our dog is a very picky eater and I'am sure that any change with it and she will not eat it. Why are you doing this.?

I have used my account for at least 20 years. I recently replaced a stolen credit card and your auto debit of $9.95 billed Feb 23, 2015 was not paid. So my AOL email account was blocked yesterday (on a Sunday) with no notice to me. When I tried to update my account with my new Visa debit card number, your computer would not accept the new "invalid" number and your Billing Department computer said to call back Monday. When I called your customer service number to help, the young lady said they could do nothing and WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK WITH HER SUPERVISOR (whose name she said was Mr. Hall) , She said he was too busy with other calls even though I said I would wait.

This morning I called AOL Customer Service and after 30+ minutes on hold 3 times I talked with a male (last name given as Meyers), also in "Eastern Europe" he said. I again was told that the supervisor was busy but someone would call me within 24 hours, but he would give me no names. When I called 866/401-3158 and after 3 additional 15-20 minute waits) I finally connected with AOL Accounting where the lady said her computer was slow in accessing my account - while I waited she hung up. Calling back got the same intolerable wait times, said to be due to the "high volume of password reset calls". While on one of the �¢ï¿½ï¿½Thanks again for your patience�¢ï¿½ï¿½ delays, I have accessed your Complaint Section and typed this message.

This account interruption, with no one in Customer Service willing or able to help, caused interruption of my medico-legal consulting business that I cannot accept, so I will change my accounts to G-Mail where I trust employees (US based) care more about loyal customers, and will give service is better than that I described.

After the experience above described, I really do not expect to hear from anyone in authority or expect anything to change.

My aol has been down for a week. I have called 5 times (25-35 min on hold each time).. They are not answering their phones, and they play the same music all time. They don't mind cashing my check, they just don't want me to use AOL. Of which I won't be much longer.

I have made three calls to the service desk with terrible connections. I have reached one person out of the three calls and then we were disconnected in the middle of them getting access to my computer. This was a follow-up call from 24 hours ago with a continuing problem. Terrible customer service. I am on hold now with a projected short wait of 25 minutes. The battery will be dead in my cordless phone by the time I get someone...if I ever do get through.

Very poor customer service . Have been a paying client for many years . Never had support issues until now . First call waited for 40 minutes and was connected . Was told they cannot hear me call another number and they hung up . Have now been on hold for one hour .

Please fix your service or I am cancelling and using a google account, its been 2 days and its effecting peoples work. It shouldn't take this long or maybe you dont have the right people working for you that know how to fix it. I hope u fix it soon or your going to lose alot of customers.

I have 60 email in my box.....but when I try to open....it will not list them......have called 6 different aol numbers, all 800's, after I press send it disconnects.......I can make other calls fine. What's up!

This has been the worst AOL encounter in all my years, I cannot accest my mail, or it is blocked,
and some email looks like AOL deleted it w/o my OK! No phone or online tech contact at all!
I do not think I should pay for this Email glitch that has been reported all over the Nation!
I get on the Tech links..they seem to seek cash...I have free tech help...why all this road blocks?
This been messing with my email links that are both official/bills/general, since 5am PT Feb 19

I tried to reset my password and now can't even get online at all. Also couldn't get emails when I was online before my old password was erased. I also tried several "contact aol" numbers and finally got the recording telling me there is a 25 minute wait due to "higher number of calls today" Then it says "The best thing is to call back later" Geez!

We are attempting to obtain new assignments from insurance companies and have not been able to access our new email from February 19, 2015. This is extremely upsetting and is sabotaging our efforts to contact people immediatley!!!

I've been trying to contact AOL customer service for hours and cannot reach anyone at any of the six numbers I've tried. I updated my payment info and am still unable to access my email. This is beyond frustrating!!!

My email is broken and I have tried 6 different numbers to get help which is covered under my AOL subscription. None of the numbers works. What is going on. The is as BAD a customer support gets
