Every year we get my husband's w2 through adp, and every single year we have so many issues just to get the w2! If you request an access code via email you will still have to answer 2 security questions. The first question and answer works fine but the second says the answer isn't correct and then after 3 tries I get locked out. It's ridiculous. And on top of that I can't Change the second question to something else, I have tried!

Your customer service department sucks, this includes the customer service associate and supervisor that i was transferred to (a long wait). From the accent the agent and the supervisor sounded like the same person, constantantly repeating the same thing and repeating useless information over and over. No help...the conversation mostly consisted of whats your date of birth and I'm sorry for the inconvience...I'm done with calling ADP for anything other than a balance.

I have been wasting my time trying to find the correct fax number for sending ADP our new unemployment tax rate. The first number was wrong. I was put on hold endlessly.

I have been on the phone for 6 hours trying to make a tax payment since the sales department shut down the account. No one has been helpful and I have been transferred and promised return calls and nothing has happened. If I cannot make the payment ADP will be liable for all tax penalties and interest charges since you have been so uncooperative.

I'm an employer trying to convert. A nightmare since June. There is no follow up, no response, no deadlines met, no information. The absolute worse experience in my business career.

ADP is the worst company I have ever worked with. It is near impossible to reach customer service and my flex pay card was constantly being denied for purchases that were covered such as dentist trips and doctors appts. In all they denied claims for Doctor's visits that should be covered and have put on hold 750 additional dollars that will be forfeited at the end of the year. I can't use it because it's on hold and if you don't use the money it goes to ADP on Jan 1.

Good morning Want to speak for the needs of a mistake that happen at the Sheraton about (Gozief Agaieby) in the month of December until the month of April closed the hotel for repairs was used to go every day, and with him who assisted in taking things from the hotel and say stuff to church, but it takes new stuff for him and the old church was help (Johannes Diele) Second answer people work in the hotel needed placed squarely in his name. Take from the hotel after 3 months, $ 250 after that treated him badly treated by Others come and go - Third takes many hours without extra work he would sit in the office and on the computer enters the auction houses and cars - and take every day needs of the hotel from the garage door of the park is fairly sees and needs a lot he does wrong

The adp card is horrible. I work at great clips and we were given this card and told our tips would be sent to the card every night. The first week we started this I did not receive any of my tip money. I talked to my manager who told me to call adp. I called adp and they told me everything was fine on that end. 2 weeks later my employer credited my account so I had my money till the problem was fixed. Then my card was fine I would recieve my money every night. Well now it's happening again, it's been 3 days already. I've called adp and this time they told me my card was never activated. That's a lie because I've used it at the store multiple times. I'm so sick of adp and there horrible customer service.

ADP is impossible to work with and hope u never loose ur password..all security questions when u give the right answers still won't work and locks u out..and riidiculous cap or lower case spelling I have to go to my supervisor where I work to get somebody's # so I can get my PAYCHECK STUBs!!!

I had a direct deposit that was not deposited and the employer will not help. Please contact the employer and have this resolved. Please advise.

Long wait times horrible customer service charging me for the same c code to come out and fix it when they just came out and fixed the same problem. Transfered multiple times and waited a long time. Charlie b didnt listen to our complaints and was very condensing. The alarm just kept going off with no way to fix it so frustrating.

My Company's Owner Has Used Adp For Almost 3 Years. As Manager Of The Company, I Have Made Many Phone Calls Involving Several Hours Trying To Resolve Payroll Problems. The Worst So Far, In My Opinion, Is The Conversion From "easypay" To "run" Payroll. The Majority Of The Data Was Deleted In The Conversion And Had To Be Re-entered By Client Services. This Of Course Has Taken Several Hours On The Phone. I Am Very Displeased And Dissatisfied With Adp. I Will Never Recommend This Company To Anyone.

Extremely poor service provided by ADP staff., Have used ADP for my company pay roll and all service fees and dues have been fully paid on March 31, 2013 when the account was closed. The ADP staff are extremely nice when the account is being opened but when the account is being closed and year end reports are required the true service quality standard shows. Have made 6 phone calls to my representative in ADP since February 26, 2014 for my company year end reports but she has not yet responded even once. Have also left 5 messages with her colleagues who have promised that my account representative will be calling up very shortly but that has not happened. It is the middle of April 2014 and I still have not received my year end reports. My staff are asking for T4 slips and I am unable to provide them. They are extremely upset and have informed other departments in the company never to use ADP service. The worst service I have ever had from any service provider. .

i tried to print my paystubs, which has worked before, but my last two printed someone else information, someone who makes more money then me, lol... But seriously, is our information safe with this company, i have mot seen any postive comments about them at all.

These people didn't even help me. I needed my adp reset and they said they couldn't do it. HELLO its your freaking job! My HR isn't in today and I have to do my taxes. Now I am SCREWED!. THIS has been the worst help ever,. I would NEVER recommend them for sh*t.

Absolutely the worst. Never can get ahold of anybody and when you do they transfer you back and forth and give you the run around. Spoke to Melanie today and she was so rude!! Just the absolute worst customer service experience trying to speak to anybody through ADP. I've been waiting for my pay card for 1 month now. It is just ridiculous.

Need help! First I was told my payment was direct deposit and would be on my card next day, next day no money so I call again and its extremely hard to talk to a live person its awful! Finally 2 hours later I get a live person who tells me no, since ADP doesn't support my ION card for direct deposit it will take 7 business days for the transfer to complete(never heard of a transfer in my life and wish the rep that I talked to first told me this!) I have bills to pay literally pilling up. So I talk to a supervisor who sends it to corporate and says she will get a response in 4 days and will call me...never got a call its been 10 business days and still no one can help me I've been disconnected 3 times and no one can tell me when I will have my money, its on ADP and shows I got paid and I need my money now.

I gave been trying for two weeks to access the portal and keep getting the error "the application is currently unavailable. Adp is restoring access to this site as quickly as possible." Trying to get my W2 info for taxes and this is ridiculous!!!

My employer uses ADP for W2 services. I can't view my W2 when I log on and the website is completely inadequate. There is not "Contact Us" link or information available. I registered last year to use the service this year, and still can not access my information. This is completely unacceptable.

This is the worst company to try to get information from. You can't get ahold of a live person and if you do they act like they don't know what's going on! My attorney even contacted them and they blew him off. We will see them in court now. Don't use or work for a company that uses this service!

I am supposed to be getting paid at 11pm every other thurs, this is unbelievable. I need to get paid on time as promised. I will file a lawsuit. This is completely unprofessional and illegal for ADP to hold my money. I've worked hard an I have bills and deadlines to meet. This is the worst company by far I have ever went through. I require a solution immediately or I will be talking to my lawyer tomorrow. Fix this issue.

They cancelled my insurance and I went got another insurance policy for my family. The customer service rep stated that they would send my check back since I am no longer with them. However, to my surprise they cashed the check and now are telling me they can not give it back!! It is 3,000K!!! I was paying some months up front. I am not a happy camper right about now. And yes, if it had not been for this site, I would not have gotten customer service, because you have to log in to get the number and having been cancelled, I can't!!! So, thanks for this wonderful site!

Can anyone on here relay any information on steps that can be taken to hold ADP's background check and hiring services liable for negligence during their process which ultimate led to not being selected for a six (6) figure career opportunity. From incomplete data information on the actual background form from ADP sent to the potential employer, misspelled wording, information in wrong sections, speaking to references that were from others background checks performed by ADP for completely different people with different social security numbers, having applied with completely different companies then the one my background investigation was even done with, failure to speak an articulated english language causing confusion with my former employers and the one reference they got correct. Any idea's or help?? Please!
