The TV failed after 2.5 years of use. As far as I can understand, the problems with the backlight of the display. All this time hung on the wall, was not subjected to any influences, the rules of operation were not violated. It seems to me that this is clearly a factory marriage. Your service center asked me for 25% of the cost of the TV for eliminating this malfunction, which is very expensive for me, so I wanted to ask if you don't want to fix this problem in a cheaper way, because I don't see my fault in the failure of the equipment ?
