Hello my name is Teresa and I have a kindle fire that was purchased in 2011,It has hardly been used,never damaged and all of a sudden it won't power on. How convenient when the warranty expired and now no one will help me out, all they want to do is sell me another one. Just for your information I know several of other people who have had similar problems with their kindle fire and had to purchase new ones. As a customer,I am Very dissatisfied with this product.
