The keying ahead information you provided WORKED MARVELOUSLY! Thank you! Now we just have to get WAMU to train their reps to stop acting like ROBOTS and encourage them to think outside the BOX! I mean, stop making people verify their birth date and last-4 multiple times when dealing with different reps from different divisions, or department within WAMU. Either the first rep takes a moment to inform the next that the customer has identified their secure information. SAYING IT MULTIPLE TIMES VERBALLY and OVER THE AIRWAVES MULTIPLE TIMES IS NOT SECURE!
