After completing a trip this April, which I booked through Continental to the UK in Nov, I plan NEVER to use Continental/United again. I have tried over 20 times in the last few months to reach a customer service rep only to be told of wait times from 1-2 hours. Trying to resolve my problem online was worthless, they couldn't access my reservation even tho I had the confirmation number etc. I am canceling my Chase Continental credit card as well.
Continental's and United's "grand" merger is creating a whole group of very dissatisfied customers. Unfortunately, I don't think that they care.
