Just got to Bowling Green Kentucky, got to motel 6, saw White Castle, husband went got 3 for me. We're there all day, couldn't even tell what onions were, brown burnt meat, was horable, called them not working #, called 1800 number non worki g #, not good business, hadn't had one in years, I got injured so could go back to store. Terrible way to be served.
I just tried ordering two Crave cases for my shop and the woman me to go 2 GrubHub I just asked to see how much to Crave cases would be then she hung up on me I called back she hung up on me again now they won't even answer the phone now the whole shop is pissed that we can't get White Castle the White Castle on 16 Mile and Groesbeck in Michigan
Customer Service was horrible at the location in South Brunswick, NJ!! Total confusion!# We waited on the drive thru line for over 20 minutes because they messed up the customer in front us order. When we finally arrived at the window..they asked us what did we order? We replied #7 no pickles. The 2 young ladies laughed. We asked what's wrong did you forget the order. They said..nothing it was the other order. Then 2 young men approached the window and asked what was your order?? We asked for our money back because it was a joke. Other customers parked behind us..left with frowns. I recommend more training..seriously
You have a sign for 10 burgers, 20 chick rings and sack of fries for $13 and change. In small letters it say online only. Why do I have to pay 6 dollars more to get the same deal because I didn't order online. I came there saw the sign but was told I would have to pay more. Why
I went to the White Castle in Pontiac Michigan. The person that took my order did not acknowledge me. Once I place my order he didn't tell me the amount he just looked and walked away. When I received my order it was wrong. I've experienced this on more than a couple of occasions. The people that work in there are very unenthused and lack customer service. Since it is after your corporate hours I will be giving you a call tomorrow to speak with a representative.
I would like to comment on the excellent service you have at you're location in Joliet I'll. The service is fast and accurate. Orders are correct and the employees are extremely polite. There is a McDonalds down the street that is absolutely horrible as far as wait time for orders I will Never go to the McDonald's and will always stay true to White Castle simply because the customer comes first. Thank you.
I went to white castle on Elizabeth Avenue in newark nj 5-7-19 approximately 08:06 PM the employees along with the manager was laughing and making jokes while making everyone in the drive thru wait 15 to 20 minutes while they discuss today's events. After the waiting,my order was still incorrect. I will not be patronizing white castle for anything again.
Short but sweet - I go to this WHITE CASTLE on Spring Grove in Northside mostly every morning. Today the line was really long in the drive through and wasn't moving. In fact, the cop in the car in front of me actually backed up and out of the line. It took 15 minutes to get through. No smile, no friendly greeting. And the sausage egg and cheese slider tasted like they were from yesterday.
All of this happened because the only one window person that knows how to keep the line moving in the morning is a woman whose name I believe is Angie, because when she is on the window, none of the above happens. No lines, friendly greeting, smiles, she wont serve old food, and she remembers who you are.
I will now try to see who is working the window in the future and drive on if the line is 8 to 10 cars long.
White castle #110023 team member #71+ is horrible and needs people anger management and customer service skills. My order was placed incorrectly and when I told her that was not my order s bg e became irate. I was on the phone telling my caller it wasn't my order she opened the window and screamed it was the car behind me order and took my order at window
I spoke to a customer service person, who told me she could not find any listed ingredients that were listed for her, for the frozen hamburgers. I am highly allergic, and just told me look at the package, altho i explained I needed more, as sometimes the ingredients on the package do not show the hidden msg..who should I go to I asked her, (Celeste) " the package", she said to me me.
On seventh street in Louisville ky they told me they were out of Turkey sliders and sweet potato fries.At 2:30 am. I found out it takes extra time to cook them. I have eaten white castle for 40 years never have they ran out of sliders. He lied to me. Forget your business.
I'm 68 years old I've been eating White Castle since I was a kid I haven't had one for about a year now because the last time I got one it sucked now I just went and got some more today and guess what they still suck the Buns were hard the onions were burnt they don't know how to cook a White Castle anymore I will not buy another one
Went to the White Castle near where I live in Cincinnati, Ohio.I was coming home from work and decided to get something to eat. I go in and get in line. There are three older people ahead of me placing their orders. Each customer ahead of me was greeted by the cashier, Shanty, with smiles and cheery talk. I thought that was really nice...until it came time for her to take my order.
I walked up expecting to hear "Hi, how are you today? Can I take your order?" No, instead she just stared at me like I had a booger on my face. A few more seconds went by and I asked how she was doing. Silence and staring. I thought, what the hell is this?! She just has an attitude with me for nothing? So I place my order, pay and step aside. Immediately, the customers behind me are greeted by her like I wasn't even there.
I was a little upset because there was absolutely no reason for this. The girl didn't know me and acted like I owed her money. The next time I go there, I will request someone else take my order. She was just nasty.

We made our annual Valentine/ Anniversary visit to the Castle. Once again, we were greeted with smiling faces and hugs. Our server, Kaylay treated us like VIP's. She was so gracious and attentive. We also meet Anna, the district manager, who was very warm and kind. The place was decorated beautifully. You can tell every detail was done with love. All the staff and the kitchen angels, who prepared our food were so welcoming. It is truly like a family there. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and making us feel so special. When I got home
No ketchup packets and burgers had barely a drop of ketchup
I was disappointed as I had asked for extra ketchup and packet
Visited Toms River NJ location Drive thru afternoon January 16. Viewed large sign near order intercom 20 burgers for $10. Ordered and was told this offer was for online orders only. I was shocked. I could have parked my car and ordered online but thought twice about how ridiculous that was. I ordered 2#1 meals with jalapeno cheese, fries and 2 cokes through the drive through today around 1:30 pm through the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me it took more then 20 mins, burgers and fries once I retrieved them were ice old and stale I didn't have time to return orders being on lunch break. Can mt meals be replaced
