hi there, i was trying to get on your website from Africa, but it just says there is no store where i am , am aware of that, but it should at least allow me to browse through your online shopping site , is there a different site for overseas viewing , because i can make other arrangements for posting myself . Can you help?

I've been shopping ay TJ MAXX in new Orleans on Holiday Drive and General Degalle for years. The manager (Perry) treated me so disrespectful by waving his had saying we don't take items back with the tag off. I had my receipt and tags. He also said the item had a stain on it, I replied saying customers can dirty clothes by touching them . I wont be shopping there and I'm going to call CORPORATE.

I found a pair of designer flip flops on a clearance table with some clothing items. I waited pstiently for 15 minutes on line while eventually more cashiers were added to the registers. When I finally arrived at the cash register the sales associate looked at the flip flops that had no tag and asked me the price. I told him he ran all over the store looking for a similar pair but I think I had got the last one. Eventually he asked his mgr. for a tag with the price I gave him. Meanwhile the line was going out the door. I was so annoyed that he kept me waiting and not to mention the long line of other customers waiting. He went back and forth with me when I told him how upset I was about him keeping me waiting further, mind you I had waited a good fifteen minutes online before I ever got to him.

Great to shop just dont work there many good people leaving beacuse only getting 1 or 2 4hr shift people cant survive. last winter we a least got 3 days. Hired to many holiday help that wasnt let go aftrr holiday not properly trained yet people who work there over a year lost hours to train them and loosing now as well. The backroom of store is unsafe over half the year. Management doesnt work well with each other nor manage. Think since been there so long the dont have to manage there staff and blame other. Morehead city loosing a lot of good employees again very heart breaking.

I'm so dissapoined to say the least ,I bought a purse 1-8-16 it broke on me after only a couple of days of using it !!took back with receipt they told me that it didn't match the receipt number now how is that my fault it's the same one they gave me when purchasing

Hi i live in wareham ma...went to the tj maxx on jan.20 2016...approx 9 pm ...was looking on the ckearance shelf that is located in the back of the store in the far rt corner near the bathrooms....was looking at the blankets that were placed on the bottom shelf...as i went to go feel the texture..a metal toliet paper holder from the top shelf came at me...which would of hit me in my face or head...i put my arm up to block it from my face and head ...makin it crash on top of my rt arm than to the ground it landed.... I couldnt even think correctly after that....the pain in my arm was so crucial that i never ended up touching the blanket ...i went to the other corner of the store which was in the far left...trying to ignore the pulsation that was going on w my arm....at that point i had 15 min left to buy somthing before the store closed....i grabbed a couple items from the clearance shelf...and went to counter to checkout...and my arm was throbbing so bad i placed my items on the counter until a cashier could ring me out...as she was ringing me out...i mentioned it to her ...she did not make 1 comment to my well being...i took my arm out of the sleeve and i had a lump ..in the side of my elbow...also the whole area of where it hit was red.......i put my arm back in the sleeve...and paid for my stuff and left...not once did she ask what happend...and if i was ok...i couldnt even sleep last nite...thats how much pain i was in...today on the jan.21 i can barely move my arm without the pain going thru my whole rt arm...tomorrow if the pain doesnt ease up...i w have it checked...never once got asked to fill out an inncident report...my name is janeen andrade

Cannot get through to Cusomer Service to pay my bill or any other phone number listed. If my payment is late, I have been trying to get in touch with Tj Maxx for one month.
Why are we not able to pay our bill in the store? Ridiculous to go through all of this, very frustrating!

I am an associate at Marshalls #1178 and lately I have found that my managers' lack of respect for others has become out of control. I noticed she feels that because she is the lead manager she can take it upon herself to disrespect those around her with no remorse. She has become out of control and very unprofessional. As an associate I am starting to get sick and tired of hearing so many people complain about her and nothing gets done. From the "allegations" on her flirting and having relations with certain associates to her just being simply rude including to associates like myself. I had so many customers complain about her singling them out because of how they dress and or how they talk when they come into the store. She calls it customer service yet some of us consider it discrimination. Honestly if Corporate cared for their associates they would fix this problem before it escalates to far. Mangers should earn respect just like everyone else it is not simply just given to you because of your title which you take to far. Simply being said we deserve a better lead Manager. One that not only respects his or herself yet respects others.

My name is Theresa M. Sorensen. I am an employee of TJ Maxx in Tinley Park, Il. 0486. I find it Really SAD that our paychecks were not delivered to us on Christmas Eve. Most of us live from paycheck to paycheck...My Christmas has been RUINED because you could not find in your HEART to make sure that we received our checks and that your employees were taken care of. I am sure Corporate Got Their checks... I am very DISAPPOINTED in T.J. Maxx. Maybe in years to come when Christmas falls on a Friday you will think about the Little People who are the reason you have a Job... Again VERY DISAPPOINTED in Corporate...

Encounter a very unpleasant experience with cashier #3 at the Alabaster Store, in Alabaster, Alabama. Cashier, name identification said Oliver, refused to wait on me even after the number was announced to go to register three. The white male ignored me and refused to ring up my purchase. I stood there and he called a caucasian to assist. I spoke with management and advised her if my situation, however, I do not feel that she was concerned. This has ended my long time relationship with TJ MAXX and I have made other Africa Americans shoppers aware of this experience.

I placed an order with TJMaxx today and realized that I had been overcharged for one item. I wanted to be charged correctly for the item and then order an additional item in order to qualify for free shopping. I tried to contact them by phone and was on hold for 3 hours. No kidding. My poor old phone actually ran out of charge waiting for them! I also emailed them and got a message that they received my email and to wait for a further email.........I have waited.......and waited........I still want the items I ordered, and will end up increasing my order to get the free shipping, but I simply am unable to contact them. I never had this problem with overstock.com and other online shopping that I have done. I have wasted a precious day off work for this. BEWARE if you order from TJMAXX. If I weren't ordering these items for my daughter, and she is excited about them, I would tell TJMAXX online to stuff it. I plan to file a complaint

I've Really Flipping Has It With Tj Maxx In Lebanon Pa I Mean I Spend Thousands Of Dollars At This Flipping Store Only To Be Treated Like Crappp!!!! Please Anyone Tell Me That When They Have Taken Stuff Back To This Store The Tag Hasn't Matched Item Weather The Tag Is Attached Or Not And They Don't Coinside

Just wanted to let you know I received great customer service from an employee Zoe at your store on Brookhurst/Ellis in Fountain Valley. Zoe was extremely helpful when I asked her about a couple of items I prveviously purchased. She was professional, competent and customer service oriented. I appreciated her extra efforts and wanted to share this with you.

9/15/2015 I went to TJ Maxx on University Blvd in Colorado around 8:30p.m and only one salesperson who was helping a customer on return. She and another employee in the back counter did not acknowledge me or other customers in line about being late or apologing for taking too long on a return. The other employee didn't bother to assist me or other customers while waiting in the line for 13 minutes. Extremely poor customer service!

I am in the jewelry dept.at TJ Maxx in Cinti OH. Western Hills Plaza. Jeanie S. is the cashier. While I was looking at jewelry, she was waiting on a customer when she was done with her. She left without stating anything to me. She didn't ask if I needed help it was like I was invisible. When other shoppers came to the counter she reappeared and asked them if they needed help. I sought assistance from the manager Ralph Robinson who was helpful

i am a african american women and i have been frequenting tj maxx in wesley chapel for sometime now. kelly laduke (whom is suppose to be the manager), is very rude to me, i'm sure other customers of color, she will interrupt the employee that's helping and over ride what they are doing. there have been a racist shirt floating around on the internet in which i failed to believe, but dealing with her the other day, i'm sure it's true and will not be going to the store anymore

I just left the Langhorne Pa location (7/17/15) basically looked at as a thief. I went in without a receipt that I had lost and wanted to make an exchange. I was honored to make the exchange which I appreciated but when I put a shirt on the counter off to the side that I brought in and decided to keep because they did not have the size I was going to exchange it for the employee and the manager questioned me about why it was on a hanger, which it came with when I bought it and looked at me questionably and remained silent. They reluctantly put it in my bag, even after I showed them a debit card transaction from the store on my phone and told them to replay the camera recordings to show I brought it in with me if they wanted. They remained silent and obviously were very reluctant to believe me. I left the store without setting the alarm so that should be enough proof as well. I don't appreciate the way I was treated although I appreciate them honoring my exchange.

TJ Maxx in Arlington, Va. Managers are not professional. Don't appreciate the work of good employees. If you are not in their click you are treated differently.

When you asks any manager or team leader a questions about administrative concerns they are not helpful with the reason(s) why you are being asked to sign a document.

The response is always, " just sign it, it has always been that way at TJ Maxx. Nothing is going to happen they just want you to sign it.

They have no grace period for tardiness. Or should I say it only applies to the people that are in their click.

I believe the Manger at the Rockwall Store should keep her employees personal family trauma to herself and not tell everyone that works in that store except maybe for other mgmt. This has effected more than one employee in that store plus a customer.

I am at TJ Maxx in Dublin California. With my family. My son is active duty military and we all have identification card to prove it. When I asked the cashier if they gave military discounts he replied only if you apply for one of our credit card, TJ Maxx home goods... When I told him I did not want to apply for a credit card then he said he could not give me a military discount but I completed my purchase anyway. I shouldn't have. After that my son and daughter in law made a huge purchase. On my way out of the store I ask for a manager and a woman came and I explained to her that I was asking about military discount she quickly said no. When I told her what the cashier had said she said oh yeah that's the only way you can get it is if you apply for a credit card. We did not want to apply for a credit card. Don't think we should be forced we apply for a card just to get a discount which he is definitely entitled to. He put his life on the line every day for this country and the people in it and I just think it is so unprofessional and inconsiderate that they don't give the little ten percent discount to our servicemen.

I'm at TJ Maxx in Fort Lauderdale is coral Square Mall I bought a pair of shoes the other day I wore them for an hour they gave me a blister and they're giving me a hard time I'm trying to return them to get a pair of that doesn't seem to have the stiffness on the back of the shoe is he is too I just cannot believe the house so I'm getting you can we change something that damaging my foot

My boyfriend can't find his tj maxx card and he hasn't got a bill yet in the mail but he wants to pay the bill off but doesn't have account number because he can't find card what can he do ???
