Simple Mobile Is The Worst Telephone In The World.

I Have Paid For June On May 22 For $40, And Now, May 29,i'm Having Phone Alerts, That They Going To Disconnect Because I Didn't Pay For June.

Not Only This-when Times Have Changing/by Time Changing/i Need To Take My Phone To The Office- They Chang The Time Manually!

And Connection The Worst- I Can't Call My Friends- From Li, But They Calling Me-with Sprint,t-mobile...

I Need To Change The Company.

simple mobile is so unreliable. i paid my bill an hour ago and my phone is still shut off. ive been trying to get ahold of customer service for 30 mins but the automated machine says " call back later " and hangs up!! RIDICULOUS

I have had a simple mobile phone since July 2012. I have always been able to access the account at . Today I can't access it.



I have always used the phone number as the user id. I am now told that is invalid. I called customer service and spoke to the following people:

1. Mark

2. Jeric

3. Hyacinch

4. Jeffery



They have all told me that they can't help me and transfer me to a higher technical support. The number answers and says they are busy and please call back and then hangs up. When I called back the 2nd 3rd and 4th time I asked for the number I was being transferred to and later realized that it was the original number I had called.



The people in the Philippines are impossible to understand. Please help me get into my account. Your current customer service stinks. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being perfect and 1 being the worst it could be) your customer service department rates a Minus-5. After being on the phone for two hours we gave up trying to get this problem solved today.



I then sent an email about the problem to: The emailed me back and told me to call the number that is no help.

OMG!! This is actually the first time that I've had problems with them but they are just horrible and horrible is too good for them. I've called 3x and all I want to do is pay. Sites down. Phone System Down.When asked:" can I just pay with you and get my phone activated, today" Simple Mobile Rep Say's:" No, I don't think you 'll be able to, but I'll transfer you to technical service". Due to High call Volume and then the HANG UP!! wth

There is none, we have been trying to get assistance for over one hour and just get sshuffled from one operator to the next
Nothing has been solved and we have no answers and are none the wiser it was a waste of $135.00 .

I've been with them for a year.
Yes,this is the worse customer service if you try to reach them for help.You are all right about it. You will bet put on hold for hour then a message saying...Due to high volume calls... then you got hang up.. I 've tried to get my account number so I can port my number to better service. I wished I could have gone to differrent phone service earlier.

The Worse Customer Service, I Was On Hold For 45 Minutes And Transfered To 5 Differente Persons And They Were Idiots One Of Them Stayed 5 Minutes Without Saying A Word, I Had To Tell Him If He Was Sleeping To Let Me Know When He Wakes Up.they Are A Bunch Of Idiots.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the USA. I swear I got a dr_g dealer from the Bronx, he had horrible phone skills. For some reason they bumped off my automatic reup to my credit card...not sure why after 6 months they just stopped. This caused me to have to go without a phone for 3 days til someone figured out what happened. This last guy (drug dealer sound) told me to go out and buy a reup card from best buy. I did that, came back to add to reup not only was online down, but when i called to reup they told me the best buy card was invalid. AFTER GIVING SOMEONE THERE MY PIN FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY - I'M LEAVING!!!

i hate this company been trying to change my plan for days now and keep getting the high call volume recording, 25$ i added to my acct is no where to be found cause they were updating there system when i applied it, worse phone service ever im reporting them to the better business bureau

I tried to pay my bill via phone for 2 days and was told repeatedly that due to unusually high call volume they could not answer my call. Then they cut my service off because it was not paid. I am continuing to call and they are saying the same thing. This is highly unacceptable. I will be looking for a new plan because this really is not good.

Worst company in HISTORY!!! Had this plan that was unlimited everything; I had this phone for 7 days and already paid for a new plan with another company. They have the worst employee at University Mall Tampa, Fl named Joseph Morales who sold me a $200.00 BROKE PHONE. He never said or told me anything about the phone, I talked nice and repectful and almost ended up in a fight, with a Simple Mobile employee named Joseph Morales. If I was thinking or trying to change companies, I would take another guess, because Simple Mobile is a DOWN GRADE!!!

Definitely don't expect great customer service. Horrible customer service by phone!

Regardless if you're nice or rude to them, as I have tried both, if they're unable to help, they'll hang up on you. Then, you have to call back again and start from the beginning with a new rep.

The representatives are not problem solvers. They are merely the messenger to a company-wide set of policies that do not accommodate the customer.

If you have to speak to their 'floor supervisor' department, they're no better. In fact, they're seemingly only different by having a different title.

Also, I have some experience with T-Mobile customer service, and they're not much different or better. So, if you're thinking of switching from T-Mobile to Simple Mobile due to customer service problems, find a different reason to switch...like they're cheaper.

Once your phone is working, hope that you don't have any problems that would require you to call them.

omg i called simple 3 times today cause my galzxy has no network connection and all the they tell me is take the battery ouut ,,,,,,,, take sinm card out ,, wait a minute ,and nothing works
what wrong with this people i had this service for yeaars now ,and find so far , now they trying to say that its my phone

This company sucks! I switched from TMobile to Simplemobile to save my numberbut this has been the worstservice ever. It takes 24 to 48 hours in order for themto switch a number from another company back to them. It has taken me 3 days and my phone still isn't working, my phone was stolen and all I wanted to do was cancel one sim card and have my mumber switched to another sim card. How hard could this be when other carriers do this allday everyday. I can have a AT&T phone with TMobile service inorder to keep my number and it's no problem. So Simplemobile, I see that the cellar business is not so simple after all. Please leave that to TMobile, they solved this problem while I was on the phone with them, not24 to 48 hours later.

It's very very slow when you send a question no one response to you also service sucks its said if my service suspended I can still call 611 for customer service that's a lie simple mobile need to just give up SERVICE IS BAD for business

I been with SIMPLE for a long time...when it used to be sister company of T-Mobile...I never had any issue...till NOW..As it is taken over by TracFone..they are trying to take money from hardworking people....They think its not there problem..so why care??? Now i can not use my internet because the new managemnent change the plan to "Unlimited Talk, text and unlimited Data on 4G up to 250 MB"...which used to be "Unlimited talk,text and data"... and when you call the customer service they have an attitude...Its our money which we work every day for..and we have to take things form these people for our own money...I hope the Government should do something for customer like us...Need some suggestion???Help

my husband and I just started using simple moblie it's almost a month now and is unable to recieve or send pic message I called customer service they tried very hard to solve the problem for about 2hrs and the problem is still the same not pleased at all.I've read many comments about the same problem well I'm not alone.Thanks simplemobile for nothing

worst company I have ever deal with. The Authorized Dealer located at the Check Cashing Store in 132825 S.W 88th st Kendall is a shame they should withdraw their license.I think they are in process of destroying the image of the Simple Mobile company.

My service was shut off for my UNLIMITED plan after 3 days into my 3rd month and they say its going to be off for the rest of the month. Tried to call 3 times now. got put on hold for 1 hour and 26 minutes the first time. second time I asked to talk to a supervisor and got transferred to an automated computer about the terms of service. I am now on hold for the 3rd time asking to speak to a supervisor. Was told my line was suspended from calling and asking for it to be suspended which I never did. Then I was told from high usage. Then back to customer requested suspension then the answer when back to high usage. and now I'm hold again. been trying to get off hold and talk to a supervisor since 7:30pm. its 9:40pm. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF SPEAKING WITH. I have an internet usage monitor on my android phone that resets when I pay my bill, i used 120mb. 110mb in wifi. pathetic company.
