I returned a conure bird back for my refund the price was $435.00 for it. I did not feel satisfied because the bird was biting too much. when I got there the lady manager was trying give me my refund back right away but the system would not let her. she finally told me returns over $300.00 you will have to wait for check in mail it usually takes 10 days to recieve check in mail. I waited 10 -12 days no check in mail. I called store she said I am going to look at your paper work and give you call back or you can call me right back.The lady never called back and I never called her back because I had forgot ended up having things to do. I called her back a week later and she said when I looked at your paperwork it said this date. The lady gave me a date I said ok so I waited maybe 4-5 days after that date. I ended up calling back this time she said its going take 30 days. The lady said if it do not come by then I can talk to general manager. I went to store and talked to general manager she let me know she's going to call corporate and call me back. I never got a call back so I had to call her back. The general manger remember who I was and she said I got your number laying right here on my desk. The general manager told me once again she will call corporate and give me a call back. I asked her can I get my refund in store she said she will call corporate. I never received a call back so I ended up calling corporate myself. I called corporate and they found my information. Corporate said it will take 24-48 hours to process. I asked him will I have to wait 30 days he said it should be sent within 5-7 days. I had waited and no check in mail. I called the manager again on a monday asked her same question I asked general manager can I come in get refund because I feel you all didn't have wait. I let general manager know the second time I had talked to her that they recieved $435.00 right away then sold bird and I am still trying figure out where is my refund. I am getting the run around been told different dates. The manager told me it will be just like you getting two refund back if I was come into store get refund. The manager said she going call corporate but they already did their part and she will give me call back. I am still waiting been almost two weeks since I talked to corporate and almost week since I talked to manager. The day I was on phone with manager she said general manager did try call corporate that day but couldn't get nobody on the phone. The total wait has been almost 6 weeks and no check. I may have call corporate back myself about $435.00. updated: Today makes almost 7 weeks still no check or no call back from Petco. I called manager she put me hold she told me she going to find my paperwork. I was holding for her to give me an answer about the issue and the phone rung a regular employee pick up. The regular employee ask who I am holding for and I told her. Then regular employee said the manager is at register with other customers you will have to hold until she's done. The general manager gets on the phone and said can I help you . I told her the situation again. The general manager ask for my name and number then she say I know you been talking to manager about the issue. I told her no I been talking to manager and the general manager . The general manager said the same thing she been telling me I am going to call corporate and call you back tomorrow. l told her you all have told me that 4 or 5 times and I never get a call back or any answer. She say the check takes a couple of weeks and this time I will call you back if I do or don't hear from them. It's been three days since I talked to the general manager still no phone call. I am still waiting on check next week will make 2 months and no answer. I have been getting same answer. Poor communication from managers. The store gunbarrel Rd Chattanooga,tn.

Yesterday I went to the Olathe KS store and purchased $53 worth of items. I paid with $100 bill. The cashier called management to the register because he didn't have $47 in change. The manager took our money and was gone like 10 minutes. She came back handed us the change and said "SORRY WE ARE NOT A CASH STORE" I was stunned, PETCO has non cash stores? Can't take legal tender?

The store in the Bronx did a horrible job grooming my dog. The tried to charge me double the price quoted when I dropped my pet off. When I complained to the Manger I was cursed at by two staff members. Brittany and Felipe. Who accused me of mistreating my dog which is why my dog gave them a hard time and they took over 6 hours but did not finish grooming the dog. The worse experience ever.

Since Tuesday still waiting for response from a supervisor finally received other half of order today was to receive 3 5.00 coupons did not get... people you call do not speak English and rated same thing about six times. I would like someone who speaks English to call me back.. also have wrong pals reward number should be name is Connie Hannegan not mannegan.. Also suggest not advertising items you don't have. I have been shopping at Petco for as long as I can remember. They never have what I need in stock. Consequently, I have now started buying from Amazon.

Quit moving product's around, I get tired of searching for my pets food. Change end cap's leave the rest save the labor reduce my cost with the savings.

I was just in the Petco and south lands and I waited 20 minutes and look up at cashiers talking laughing around was going to buy two bearded dragons betting miscellaneous items they will never get my sale I will go to Petsmart

Who in God's name came up with the new dress code! Full smock's ,ugly brown color for starters ,even ocean state job lot got rid of them went to sleeveless smock's,they look better! Your idea is not right as a dress code for our business! It's more geared towards a hardware store! Who came up with this ridiculous idea!!!!!

I'm very upset. All my nephew wanted was a hamster and a cool cage that was blue. Well 1st things 1st didn't receive the package till after his birthday. Second of all he opens the package to find a hot pink cage which isn't what I ordered. Third of all go to put it together an the igdlo house was receive broken and it was part of the duplex level of the cage I ordered. I called twice and spoke to two different agents which, the first one told me that she was gunna of the outside warehouse that the cage came from contact me by email. When I waited 24 hours and didn't receive it I contacted back to talk to the second agent which her name was Tristan. She told me she had it under control and apologized for any inconvenience. But today I was suppose to receive the igdlo house. Well he opened it again to the box claiming it's a blue cage inclosed. And it was a hot pink bottom base to the cage and a neon green ball wheel which I didn't ask for either.
I'm very upset to think both people didn't even listen to what I was explaining to them. I work in retail and know that customers are always suspose to be satisfied with the quality of service that your store gives to the customer. Well I will not be not be shopping online with you guys anymore.

We purchased a pen stripe ball python from Petco (Bloomington IL store) and we had noticed a week later he had mites! We returned him and told them we would like him back. They stated "we will keep him until he is 100 percent healthy and they had an outbreak of mites in their store!! So three weeks went by and they called to say we could come and get him as he was 100 percent healthy!! We got him, took him home an later that night he wasn't acting quite right.. He died in the middle of the night! If that is a 100 percent healthy I would hate to see 100 percent sick!!!! They did return our money, but they should have offered a gift card or something!! We got attached to him and it was pretty sad to know that if I treated him through a vet instead of trusting them, he may still be alive! He was only a few months old and they killed him.....

Where does your company purchase your doggie treats that you buy from the indiv bins? The one you use a scooper and place in a bag? In our store they are located just inside the doors in a booth on a cart table that looks like a vendor cart? If they come from China, buyer beware. China products have some kind of a poison in them that causes "Urinary Tract Infections" (UTI's). My poor dog just got over an infection (UTI) about 5 days ago, (was giving him treats purchased around the 1st of April 2016,) then boom, gave him a few more treats and I saw BLOOD DROPLETS on the floor AGAIN! Nothing new or changed in his diet EXCEPT for the doggie treats, which he loves, esp the peanut butter flavored ones. I found this out about 2yrs ago when I purchased a bag of chewy treats from a Vets office, same thing happened he got a UTI. The bag stated - made in China!!! From a VET's office!!!!! YES. People, read the packaging very closely, if it reads China, DO NOT buy it. Right now I trying to get info on these doggie treats, but from now on, I'll be making his treats, it's not worth the risk. China sends all their poisons all over the world and we buy it, they don't care about human beings and they sure don't care about animals. Just wanted citizens to know this. PETCO, don't buy anything from CHINA, esp food!

My husband and I went to Petco the other day very excited about the huge sale on the crates. Much to our dismay the Manager informed us that online prices are different than store prices. He took some money off the crate because we were very upset, and felt misled by the company. He then went on to help us with our new puppy in every way possible. His name is Greg, and it's at store #2510. I can tell you folks he now has a customer for life! In this day and age you never see customer service anymore, or at least not at this level. Greg is a great guy who helped us in every way possible, and is a credit to your reputation.

Corporate office put me through to another line, when that person came on and I explained what I wanted he then said let me get you to that department, he transferred me to a dead line, no one picked up.... what kind of service is this?....

Went to ur mountain home store cages very dirty and store stinks so bad and cats cage were over flowing with waste worst store I ever seen felt very sorry for anminals

I shop at the west hartford ct petco and the last 3 time I visited this petco, I have purchased large cockaroaches (2 FOR 9.99) and they have been barely alive and today on 4/10/16 I purchased 2 and when I got them home one was dead. I will no longer purchase this item from this store in the future.

My experience with petco was actually very disappointing. The cause of this was an employee that was very rude and disrespectful. She said that she wouldn't sell us a pet unless we researched about this pet and came back the next day to maybe buy it. She also called us immature. I believe that she should get the rightful punishment.

I was at your petco today just looking around n stopped to see a small yorky puppy getting groomed and was very upset at how the groomer was practitly ripping the puppys legs out of socket n the puppy screaming in pain. Know that i will be tellling everyone i know ior meet to never use your grooming service at your store it was very inhumane.

I am reguarding the lake Jackson tx petco the staff managers are not doing jobs an the reptiles are not being cared for properly me buying from petco for most of my life an I have seen sick ones an not getting cared for just to die in back is not right there iv seen only few ppl that take pride in their job I am a reptile keeper an feel like if ur gonna pay that prices for sick animals is just crazy would like to see animals taken care for the reptile it's bad that I have to get animal out of cage cause there scared of the animal

I brought my dog here today to have her groomed. I was told to have her here at 12:30. They told me that she would be ready by 3:30, so I showed at 4:00 to pick her up. They said that she wasn't ready that ir would be 4:40 or 5:00. It is now 5:50 and they have not called. I will not be bringing my dog back. I live 30 miles away and I have been here all day.

We've been to the Middletown delaware store about 5 times now. The first 2 visits were good . There is a girl in the fish dept that is very helpful. But the past 3 times I was there I can't get anyone to help me? Yesterday 3/31 was there around 3pm. The manager walked into the fish area never greeted us and was talking with another employee. They continued their conversation and walked away? So I went to the grooming counter and asked for the manager. She pointed out that he was the manager and she was very nice also. We wont be back. Three failed attempts is enough for me. There was only 1 other customer in the whole store yesterday so I just don't understand. Its a shame I was really happy when the store finally came to town.
