I have had the worst experience they wanted these security questions an I have moved so many times am don't remember the last address an they want send me my card the questions should be personal instead of address cause I moved so many times am had this card for years so don't remember that is wrong so now I can't get my money

My card was stolen and some one charged $1304.00 I filled out the disputedocuments form and still nothing Netspend has ripped me off I even have a police report and I did all the investigation and yet netspend stole my money and Ive got a attorney and made a complaint with BBS and State Attorneys office.

Wow they just take your card with your funds on it and say someone is trying to do fraud but you never reported anything missing you ask who don't give you answer but they run you around and hang up card no good

Where is my money? Every Tuesday at 5pm I'm suppose to be paid. Its Wednesday & still no money what is going on? I need to talk to a human resource and it keep saying youre clsosed when I called at 8am

I had my income tax put on a NetSpend card and through 19 days of waiting, getting cards that were no good, more waiting, another card came today with only $600 instead of my $3200 tax return. I was told I had transferred first $1500 and then $1000 before I even received my card, my card number or activated the account! Now they say I have to file a complaint and wait for 20 - 90 days for possible resolution! If anyone else reads this and wants to file a class action lawsuit against NetSpend, contact me at Enough is enough! We've all been robbed to long by this company!

I have my account locked and my direct deposit is on, Netspend is holding my money instead of taking their money I owe and releasing the block on my account.

Horrible!!! I've been trying to TALK to an agent all morning! Not even getting a prompt to do so! My paycheck was sent on 1/12. I have confirmed this with my payroll dept. I had no problem with the last 3 checks. Now I can't even TALK to anyone to find out any information! I just get hung up on! I have even sent 2 emails!! If I don't get an answer soon I will be forwarding information to my sated Attorney General and th BBB. I'm starting to get nervous. I couldn't rate friendliness or knowledge because I couldn't get that far through their automated system!!

This company is looking to fraud the American people and steal people I'd and launderer money ..I'm sure from drug dealing non Americans...all's we wanted was the 20$ refer a friend.. Took our ids scamed money frauded my mother and I and ruined our good names

These people are scam artists I bought a card from them and now they will not activate it they are saying that I have an account that's got a negative balance on there but I never had a netspend card

On Jan 9 the 2015 I purchesed a 500.00 netspend card and cannot use it because as the netspend people said it didn't go thru,I bought it from Family Dollar store,they said it was sent, and they can not resend it Please help me get my money back

The customer service is terrible..I'm trying to get funds released back to my card that wasn't even taken...it was a credit authorization...I've never had an issue with them until now...I have recon entry read customer complaints & now know this company has a reputation of poor service....I finally spoke to a supervisor & informed him...if this is not resolved today...I'm going to create a website seeking all who have had this issue to join me in a class action lawsuit against net spend...so they can either refund my $1685 or settle for millions...smh

Completely agree. They are terrible at communication. Seriously can't ever understand them. They give you the run around. I will be canceling my account that's for sure. Reliacard is better by a long shot. My employer must learn about Reliacard and switch!

Yes I She Understand They Are Doing Same Thing To My Daughter..she Made The Mistake By Allowing Her Income Tax Money To Come On There Card.the Irs Had Paid Her Money For 10 Days Now And They Wont Activate Her Card So She Can Get Access.. They Told Her They Needed Copy Of Id And Social Security Card .so She Faxed A Copy Of Both 3 Days They Been Telling Her She Will Have It ..3 Day Have Passed..so Then They Say She Needed To Faxed It Agaian Or Email Because They Couldnt See.. Told Her Emailing It Would Be Faster,, So We Email Another 3 Day, They Say Stil Cant See That Also, So She Need To Fax Info Again..customer Service Is Poor Everyone Tells You Something Differant

Do not do business with them. They are horrible. They are holding my money against my will claiming I owe on an old account. I agreed to pay the old account off and they are still holding my money and will not release the restrictions off. They don't want to take the money out of my available balance as we both agreed and release the rest to me so I can close my account.

I will sue if I have to. They will give you bunch of headaches. They let people still money out of your account and make you go through the hassle to get it back.

I had supervisors put me on hold for 2 hours, reps hang up on me and act like they can't hear me, everything.
