OMG! That is about all I can say concerning the AT&T Go Phone. My husband decided to buy one to give ATT a try. So, I went online and activated the phone and added the $15.00 refill card. Only to hear an annoying voice yell at me "You can not make this call" to every phone number I tried. So, I do what most other people would do, I call customer service to find out what the deal is.
What I find is a woman whose broken english and accent is so strong that I can not understand one word that she is saying, then when she actually asks ME to repeat myself, I hang up, I call back hoping this time I will be able to speak with someone whom I understand and who understands me. No such luck, after 3 attempts and all three attempts was the same result, I decided that if AT&T is so greedy that they have to employ foreigners in other countries who can barely even speak the language to give me such crappy customer service, they can keep their phone and service. As for me and my family..we will use Verizon.
