Got through!! Spoke to someone today (1/19/11) about my wireless speaker and bluetooth USB device not connecting after only 3 uses. Neither of us can say whether it's a problem with the USB device or the speaker so was asked to try and connect to the speaker via a bluetooth phone. If it doesn't work, I will report back to Customer Support and they will replace the speaker. So far, so good but Creative is not the same company it used to be. I couldn't even contact Customer Support through their website and, of course, there's no telephone number listed so I was glad to find Contact Help! I will bookmark.
