I had a terrible experience with ComEd today. I called them in my lunch break to pay an atrocious amount of bill(that is not correct) because they shut off our electricity and requested them to send me a receipt via email.They absolutely refused to send an email receipt because I did not ask them at the beginning of the transaction they said. I have never heard anything like that from anyone, if someone pays their bill what difference does it make whether they asked for the receipt in the beginning or at the end of the transaction. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to connect me to a supervisor because I believe the supervisor cannot do anything about it either. I think we should complain to the Better Business Bureau, so that this company will know how to treat their customers and be honest to their customers.
