Called the number given to get refund since the magazine will no longer be published. They don't answer, just a recorded message saying they're not available. No way to leave a message or get a call back. Horrible treatment of longtime subscribers. I will NEVER purchase anything from any CNN related company again.

Agree with other comment posted. My subscriptions was recently renewed in April for multi-year only to find out today from a cryptic post card that the magazine will no longer be published after June/July issue. This is terrible service and unacceptable. Called Money CS and spoke to someone just now to verify post card was not a scam. Now calling number on post card to cancel and am of course on hold due to enormous call volume and not staffed for this. I hope EVERYONE cancels.

I always thought Money had "class" but they kept renewing subscriptions knowing they were in trouble so now after renewing till 2021, I'm told they will no longer be in print !! and when you call for a refund...they tell you you'll be notified in 3-6 months !!?? a SAD ending
Don't do business with whoever "survives" this !!

I was very excited to be able to google Money Magazine and talk to a live person within a minute, unlike the last 20 companies I have tried to contact about something. They were able to answer my question quite well, with out me knowing my "NUMBER".
