We had approx 10 complaints of customers in the last week, that they could not send emails to our emailaddress. The message these customers received was:

AOL will not accept delivery of this message. ##

What does this mean? What's wrong?

CompuServe customer service in England seems to be non-existent. I am unable to contact you on because every time I try, after only about three rings I get a message saying that my call is not being answered, and please try later, and I am cut off. This is unacceptable.



I have two problems: firstly I continue to receive messages saying that my account is being accessed from strange places, and please will I change my password. I have changed my password but the messages continue.



Secondly, my email in recent days has not been able to send mails with small attachments. I need this looked into.

I need to talk to someone about changing some billing information. I tried the phone number that I was given but the person who a answered the phone after almost ten mins was not much at English and kept asking questions from a script and was not listen to what I told her. Need to speak to someone who really is fluent in our language.

I have been unable to receive my E-Mail for nearly three months. If this is not orrrecteed iln the vwery near future, I will drop Compuserve and go to another serve. I have been on Compuser for
a very long time. All I have received is a run-a-round. Give me a YES or NO conceerning my -Email andd when I can expect to receive. II have ead over a hundred about 100 contacts to
you about the same thing. It appearss about all intend to drop Compuserve

I have spent all day trying to get my email service. A 14 year customer and two days before Christmas your technicians switched my system blocking me from communication with my family. Your response is providing a telephone number that has never been answered, ever, ever. I tried the billing section and they pick up immediately. Well, I hope you moral cripples have a nice holiday. I can't communicate with my family because you changed the access. All I get now is AOL. And they respond call CompuServe. Worthless is worthless.
