Original Comment Reader's Digest has apparently lost my subscription. I received a gift subscription for 24 issues. It was ordered in October of 2008 through my daughters' girl scout troop. At the same time, I ordered a 24 mos subscription for my parents, also through girl scouts. My parents are still receiving issues, and my account has been terminated. I tried speaking to Customer service and they tell me that they have no record of my order since 2006 when my parents and I also ordered 24 issues for each other. Those issues expired at the end of 2008. I have JUST received my "last" issue in November of 2009. My parents are still receiving issues. If Reader's Digest has no record of my 2008 order, why have I gotten the last 12 issues? They gave me a phone number of "Quality School Plan" who also had no record. Apparently they just didn't want to help me any more.
