Original Comment	We put a different price in for a rental car and without us approving the price they automatically approved a higher rate and sent us a confirmation that we did not accept. We called immedaitely after this took place to tell them about this issue and they would not credit the problem that THEY caused and there was NO supervisor that we could speak to! Simply said there was NOTHING they could do to help us and that was it!!
