Original Comment I just called customer "service" to request that my mail be delivered to my PO box (after vacation hold, it should have been restarted days ago). The agent set up a case for next day delivery. I then requested the telephone number of my post office, which was provided along with the information that the case was being voided. The agent then hung up on me. The number I was given was no longer in service. When I tried customer "service" again I got the "system down" hang up message. Trying again this time starting the call by begging that I not be hung up on, I was told to call back to get a coworker whose system is up. They aren't "allowed" to transfer calls.
