Original Comment	Glad I am not alone in my thoughts that B of A has terrible customer service. They took over my mortgage, but neglected to send me notification of this in a timely manner...now I am left to deal with supposed non-payments and late fees. (I sent in my mortgage check on time, as I always do, to my original mortgage company). ARRGH!
