Original Comment	Terrible tech support and terrible service for dial up. msn doesnt care at all... miss a billing cycle and they'd probably be in contact with you immediately ...but have majore problems and not even be able to use the service ...they dont care... why should they ? 42 minutes on hold to talk to a know it all who didnt know the correct info ...now i have a stupid reference number and will have to wait another 40 minutes to MAYBE talk to someone who can help me .... Very BAD Tech support....maybe they should get rid of the JUNK and make a simpler system that is efficient and effective .... BAD MSN !!!!!!!!!!!!!
